We enjoyed our stay. The sites are level and spacious, surrounded by mature trees and near the river. The bathroom and showers were clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. They had complimentary coffee and muffins in the morning. We wished we could stay longer and we would stay there again.

This was our favorite night of our weeklong adventure in Wyoming! The proprietors were thoughtful about how they prepared the cabin. We slept great! And we loved Kaycee- Friday night rodeo, great food at Invasion pub, and the history museum has so many artifacts! Powder River folks were so kind when we messed up our reservation for the next night too! Thanks for a lovely time!

This was a nice, quiet, relaxing overnight stop on our trip West to Montana. The staff is very friendly, and there is a nice restaurant in the small town that is within walking distance of the campground.

Nice campground ! It's not fancy but the folks running it are great. Will plan on staying here again. I have a 41 ft 5th wheel and the space accommodated my rig just fine.

Hébergement sale. Propriétaire qui ne s'occupe pas de ses clients. Beaucoup trop cher pour le confort proposé. A fuir absolument.

Small friendly rv park right along the Powder River. Exceptionally friendly. Far enough off the interstate to be quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Penny is a great host, very friendly and helpful. The campground is fairly basic, but it is comfortable, the bathhouse is clean and well kept. We just stayed one night passing through, and it is ideal for that. Wifi is very good also. Be sure to drive through Kaycee as you leave and take in the Chris LeDoux statue and beautiful plantings in the town park.

This is a nice little RV park run by nice folks. There's full hook-ups and shower/laundry facility as well as wifi. It's right on the river and half of the back-in sites have plenty of shade. However only one pull-through site has shade and no cable TV. There's a nice restaurant/bar/package store 3 blocks away. We stayed there twice on this trip and I will definitely stay there again when in the area. 3.5 stars.

The people are very nice and extremely accommodating. The cabin was rustic but well appointed and I was able to take a nice hot shower and get a great nights sleep after a long day on the road. The location is within easy walking distance of several eating establishments and the quaint little town of Kaycee and yet the surroundings were peaceful and quiet. I’ll stop here again if my travels bring me back this way!

This was a wonderful stop and a perfect location for two people on bicycles traveling between Casper and Buffalo. Penny was so very helpful and nice on the phone as we switched from camping to cabin with impending rain moving in. Her mother at the quilt store was just as nice. Our cabin was very nice and clean. We loved our one night stay, and our experience with the town in general. Especially the cafe.

Absolutely the nicest, most accommodating family at the powder river campground! Went out west from Florida to do a 7 day DIY hunt and used cabin 6 (elk cabin) as base camp! Unbeatable rates with unmatched care and efforts from the crew at powder river! We will definitely be back for a stay, as well as to see Lynn! Amazing!

Great little spot to set up camp. We camped in the tent area, it would fit about 3 tents or so. Very casual and laid back. Almost everyone in the campground were hunters (including us). Trees offered good wind cover.

Stayed here for an overnight stop on the way south. Easy to get to off the freeway. Easy to get into the campground. We stayed in a pull-thru and didn’t have to unhook out 39’ 5th wheel. Level, Gravel parking pad with picnic table. Dog Friendly. Clean bathrooms. Penny checked us in. She was great! Told us of the Chris Ledoux memorial park is n town. The office doubles as a small quilt shop with fabrics and notions. We would stay here again.
