This is a small campground located adjacent to the Portal 31 mine exhibit. It is big rig friendly with well maintained gravel sites and full hookups. No bathhouse or laundry on site. This is a historical coal mining camp that is wonderful to visit. A walking path that is lit with benches connects to the campground. A wonderful coffee shop is also on the property that serves breakfast and has soup and sandwiches during the day. The rates are $15 for all sites and open year round. I would highly recommend this campground and look forward to another trip to the area. Numerous activities and museums in the area - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
