Pin Oak Creek RV Park

The main thing resort-like about this location is the prices. The pads are gravel, the pool is small and murky, the sport’s amenities are not well maintained and certainly not “resort”-like. Pictures are deceptive. We mostly encountered people who lived in this crowded facility. We will not return.

Loretta the manager after hour gets drunk and cursing and yelling at worker and tenants also this is supposed to be family-friendly RV Park the Pond is dried up can't go fishing the smell is very bad they have no longer have paintball the little pedal cars that they have fixed most of them got flat tires there isn't a dog park

RV OWNER'S BEWARE !!!! The New Management Loretta Johnston do to her we left after 2 1/2 years she handle business after hours Drunk conducting business for RJourney yelling and cursing at workers residents OWNER'S needs to look into this. NOT a friends because the other workers were told if they say any thing they are fired we have seen this done many times and the theft going on has also been really bad there is no more security there? there were 14 cases in Franklin County 4 months these are big things truck and 4 golf carts 3 electric scooters and many bikes and a lot of other stuff she don't want people to know so she keep the reports from being done me and Assistant manager Michelle doing her job caught 2 guys trying to break in the store Loretta let's people walk off the streets a wash clothes and take showers and play the games and swim in pool because she let's anyone come in it is to be a Resort for families and a family atmosphere it free to call police stations and ask about the area it needs to be clean up they stole from me $204.00 and still owe me $680.00 1 month Deposit but they also used my credit card without permission !!!!! I wouldn’t stay HERE Loretta Johnston takes a vantage of people on fixed income the disabled Here are some sites they rented out for months pictures will be down below we paid $680.00 a month WOULD you stay there ???? Every time we head east. It is very close to St. Louis, with easy access to the Interstate. it is an older park, but the owners have kept it up. Has small lake also. Long pull through sites. Very friendly staff. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
