1. 25% deposit is due on all reservations at time the reservation is made. 2. Cancellation Policy - Cancellations must be made at least fourteen (14) days prior to rental commencement in order to receive a deposit refund. Deposit refund policy - 85% of the 25% deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made at least fourteen (14) days prior to rental commencement. 15% will be kept for administration fees. No refunds will be given on cancellations less than fourteen (14) days prior to the rental commencement date. No refunds will be given once stay commences.
