Place is an overpriced dump. Neighbors are EXTREMELY rude. Just drive on by and find a decent place like Cypress Campground

We have spent many a happy winter here, friendly people and quiet surroundings. Great club house, they do receive mail and packages from Fed EX and UPS will be delivered directly to your spot. Drawbacks, gravel/sand roads so a lot of dust when there is a dry spell and no pool. The shuffleboard courts are in bad shape.
