Temporary Setups Only
To maintain the natural and open feel of our campground, we do not allow the construction of permanent or semi-permanent structures (such as wooden porches or fences) at your site.
Trash Policy
Help us keep Palmetto RV Park clean and beautiful for the next guest! Please pick up all trash—including small items like cigarette butts—and place it securely in the park dumpsters.
Neighboring Private Property
Our park is nestled next to beautiful private residential properties. To respect our local neighbors, please do not cross over into or explore any adjoining private property.
Safety First (Firearms)
To ensure the peace of mind and safety of all families in our park, the use of firearms, BB guns, and bows/arrows is strictly prohibited.
Respectful Recreation
Palmetto RV Park is a proud family-friendly environment. If you choose to enjoy alcoholic beverages, please do so responsibly and respectfully. Loud, disruptive behavior or underage drinking (under 21) is not permitted, and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
Respecting Neighbors & Privacy
Our campers appreciate their personal space. Please respect your neighbors' privacy by not walking through or crossing over occupied RV sites without their invitation.
Campfire Safety
Gathering around the fire is a classic camping tradition, and we want you to enjoy it safely! Please keep all campfires strictly inside the designated fire pits at your site, as ground fires are not permitted. For everyone's peace of mind, please make sure to always completely extinguish your fire before going to sleep or leaving your campsite. You are welcome to bring your own firewood or conveniently purchase some at our front office, and to help protect our air quality and prevent unpleasant odors for your neighbors, we kindly ask that you do not burn trash or other debris in your fire pit.
Parking & Vehicles
To protect our beautiful landscaping and keep the roads clear for emergency vehicles, we kindly ask that you do not park on the grass, in the streets, or in vacant RV sites. Each site is allowed a maximum of two personal vehicles, which should be parked entirely within your site’s designated gravel area. To keep our park quiet and safe for everyone, outside UTVs, ATVs, or four-wheelers are not permitted, though personal golf carts are always welcome! Additionally, to keep our sites clean and free of spills, vehicle or RV washing and mechanical repairs (such as oil changes) are not allowed in the park; however, if you need any assistance, please feel free to ask our manager for recommendations on excellent local services nearby.

Your Assigned Site
To keep our park organized and comfortable, we allow one RV unit per site. We love campers of all kinds, but tent camping is only permitted with prior approval from our team.
Pet Policy
Well-behaved pets are a huge part of the family, and they are always welcome at Palmetto RV Park! To keep all of our two-legged and four-legged guests safe, please help us by immediately picking up and properly disposing of all pet waste, both at your site and throughout the park. Dogs must be kept on a leash (no longer than 6 feet) whenever they are outside your vehicle or RV, ensuring the leash is short enough to keep your pup from wandering onto a neighbor's site, and please never leave a tethered dog unattended. We love a peaceful park, and because constant barking can be disruptive to fellow campers, we ask that all pets practice their best neighborhood manners; if a pet is overly vocal or shows aggressive behavior, we may kindly ask you to find alternative accommodations (without a refund) to ensure the peace and safety of all our guests.
Children's Safety
We love seeing kids have fun and explore! To keep them safe, children must always be under the watchful eye of a parent or guardian. Please ensure they are supervised at all times, as we want to prevent any accidents or injuries.
Safe Stays
We want everyone to have a worry-free visit. While you are enjoying the park, please remember that guests are responsible for the safety, actions, and any accidental damage caused by their family, visitors, or pets.
