Page Springs Resort - Sunrise Resort

Page Springs Resort...my kind of place. Quiet, peaceful, and our site was right on the creek. Would've liked to had a longer stay for sure. Friendly/helpful staff. Will come back again.

Note that all of the following claims are supported by a police report which should be a public record. I have been to many different RV Parks, from Mexico to Yellowstone, and I have never had any issues with any owners or managers, until this place. From the moment we checked in, it seemed like the owner/ manager (not sure who it was but some angry looking lady) was angry at us. She would stare at our camp from her little cabin at the top of the hill, to the point that we would be uncomfortable even eating food outside. She also told us that "if people want to visit you in the park, they have to pay extra" and that one of our friends had to move his car to the extra parking spots even though he had paid extra for a parking spot of his own. But that is not where the problems started. We can deal with uneducated managers and discriminatory practices from people that need to get out more, but we draw the line with coming by our spot over 50 times in 3 days and warning us not to do stuff (like being loud).... in an rv park.... even though our neighbors were doing the exact same thing. Also, calling the police on us, only for the police to end up interviewing almost everyone at the site, and apologizing to us for the discriminatory actions of the managers. I kid you not, the police apologized to us because of the managers being essentially racist. Even our neighbors approached us later and expressed that they were surprised that the managers called the police. At one point, they (the managers) referred to us as "Armenian" and approached individual members expressing sentiments that we must be Armenian because we had a hookah. Note that the rules do not forbid a hookah and in fact so many people at the park were smoking, that it seemed almost ludicrous to approach us for that. Also, beyond the racist actions and the constant harassment, the internet is a ripoff. DO NOT BUY THE INTERNET. The wifi barely ever works and you had to buy it for it to just stop working on you anyway. I will never go to a RV Park, with such blatantly racist managers who abuse their power and need to be taken down a peg or two. Calm down, the 1940's ended 70 years ago. Put your customers first and stop being children every time you want to throw a fit, we had children with us that acted more mature than the managers.

Quiet, peaceful. The sound of the river and the birds in the morning was my favorite time of day. The managers went above and beyond what was needed. Would recommend it.

Nice little park. Very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful creek to soak your toes in. Lots of wildlife and birds. 15 minutes from Sedona.
