Rules

General Policies

1. After Hours Emergency Number (5:00 pm. to 9:00 a.m.): 772-871-0004 2. Office Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 3. Mail: An outgoing mail slot is located at the Guest Services office. The U.S. Post Office is located less than a mile south on Peacock Blvd. 4. Check-out Time: 11:00 a.m. Please contact the Guest Services office no later than 11:00 a.m. if you wish to extend your stay. Gate cards can be returned in the gate card box located in the check-out lane. 5. Quiet Hours: 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. 6. Laundries: Located in the bathhouses. Change is available in the Guest Services office. Please do not wash pet articles in the laundry facility. 7. Outside Drying: Please do not use clotheslines, drying racks or your awnings to dry towels and personal belongings. Dryers in the laundry room are for your convenience. 8. Trash: Leave trash in a secured plastic bag at the curb for pick up not later than 10:00 a.m. NO overnight! 9. Guests: All guests must register at the Guest Services office. The basic rate includes 4 people. Additional people are $5 per day, per person (6 person maximum per sites). 10. Children: You are responsible for all actions and behavior of the children or minors with you. Unruly behavior may necessitate your having to leave the Resort without a refund. 11. Responsibility: You are responsible at all times for the conduct of your children, pets and guests. Management reserves the right to refuse admission and to restrict its clientele to those who conform to the Resort guidelines. Management cannot assume responsibility for injuries or accidents. 12. Pet Policies: Pets are restricted to two (2) per lot. Dogs are to be exercised in the dog walk areas. Owners must clean up after their pets. Dogs are to be walked on leashes no longer than six (6) feet and controlled in a manner to be kept off private lots. Dogs are not allowed on the golf course. Please DO NOT allow your pet to run loose at any time! Animals are not allowed in the pool, laundry areas, bathhouses or clubhouse! Animals must be leashed at all times! Always clean up after your pet! Pets are not allowed to be left unattended, or allowed to annoy anyone. Pet pens are not allowed on the premises. Management reserves the right to ask anyone not in compliance with these rules to leave the Resort. Please be thoughtful towards others when dealing with your pet. 13. Trailers and Tow Dollies: May not be stored on your lot or in the Resort. Inquire at the Guest Services office about nearby storage. 14. Dress Code: Casual attire is the generally accepted standard. Owners and guests, at all times, shall wear clean, appropriate clothing. Men are required to wear shirts at all times. Shorts are permitted. Bare feet are permitted in the pool or patio areas only. 15. Internet: Free Wi-Fi available in the Clubhouse. 16. Golf: Is free and included in your stay. Rules and score cards are available at the Guest Services office. 17. Golf Carts: No motorized vehicles are to be driven between dusk and dawn if not equipped with headlights and taillights and can only be operated on paved streets. Only licensed drivers may operate any type of motorized (electric or gas) vehicle in the resort. 18. Vehicles: Class A motorcoaches, a minimum of 25 feet in length, and two vehicles allowed per site. No signage allowed on any vehicle. Please park so that your coach does not extend of the concrete pad onto the grass, which interferes with mowing and sprinklers. Ingress and egress: The angle of your concrete pad determines your direction when entering and exiting. Please drive on the pavement only and not onto the grass. 19. Motorcoach and Car Washing: You must purchase a WASH PERMIT ($10.00) from the Guest Services office prior to washing your coach and/or car. There is no charge for washing your windshield. Battery washing is prohibited. 20. Swimming Pool: Children 16 years or younger are not allowed in the pool area without adult supervision. Please observe posted regulations. Food and glass containers are not permitted in the pool areas. Pools are closed from dusk to dawn. 21. Hot tub: No children under 12 are allowed. 22. Bathhouses: Cleaned daily. Times are posted on the doors. We appreciate your cooperation during these times and regret any inconvenience. 23. Glass: Please confine any glass containers to your site. 24. Bikes and Inline Skates: Permitted on the streets, except for the high traffic check-in area. Please obey all traffic signs. 25. ATVs and Skateboards: Not permitted 26. Flags: Only one (1) American flag may be displayed on your coach. No other flags are allowed. 27. Patio Lights: Hanging patio lights are not permitted. 28. Signs: Signs are not permitted on your coach or your lot.
