Rules

General Conduct Policy

The speed limit throughout the RV Resort is 8 mph. All RVs and vehicles are required to have valid insurance throughout their stay. All RV sites are permitted to one RV and one vehicle, extra vehicles are required to be parked at designated parking areas. Extra vehicles may be subject to an additional charge at our discretion. Guests checking in under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. All adults are liable and responsible for the behaviour and conduct of their children. Adults of children under 18 assume all liability. All guests are required to act in safe and positive manner to produce a comfortable environment for all guests and employees. Guests who are disruptive and create a hostile environment in the RV Resort are subject to immediate eviction without refund. Alcohol may be consumed by guests who are of age 21 or older. Should a guest make any attempt or reference to driving under the influence then authorities may be contacted. All accidents & incidents must be reported in writing to the RV Resort within 24 hours by e-mail or form submitted at the front office.

Visitor Policy

Visitors are required to make notice to the front office. Visitors may be counted as an occupant and may be subject to an additional charge at our discretion. All visitors are required to comply with the policies and terms of the RV Resort, otherwise they are deemed as trespassers and may be penalized.

Pool & Spa Policy

Oasis Palms RV Resort pool and spa are offered as an amenity to guests. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. All guests swim at their own risk. Oasis Palms RV Resort assume no responsibility or liability for accidents or incidents. There is no lifeguard on duty. All guests must obey pool and spa rules. No glass is allowed near pool or spa.

Pet Policy

Guests are required to understand that Oasis Palms RV Resort is a pet-friendly RV resort and pets may be off leash if their pet owner has signed an off-leash liability release form. Otherwise all pets must be on a leash if liability release is not signed. Owners are responsible for their pets should they damage the property or persons. Owners must pick up after their pets otherwise you will be asked to discontinue your stay.

Quiet Time Policy

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. All noise and lights must be adequately low enough to respect guests during quiet hours. Quiet hours may be extended or changed at our discretion.

Change Policy

A change to this reservation made 24 hours prior to check-in is subject to a $10.00 service charge.

Cancellation Policy

The deposit for this reservation is non-refundable. Please contact us for questions concerning cancellations or to make any changes to your reservation

Check-In/Check-Out Policy

Check-In Time: During office hours. | Check-Out Time: 12 noon. Guests checking in after office hours may occupy to stay at an rv site and report to the front office immediately in the morning. Guests who check-in late understand that he/she may or may not be subject to the maximum daily charge. Guests may be reported to authorities should he/she stay and leave without any payment or contact to front office. Oasis Palms RV Resort contact information is found on the front door of the office or on our website here. Check-out time is 12 pm. You are responsible for checking out on time or contacting us of an extension otherwise you will be subject to a daily rate charge and a $20.00 penalty for each day you are late.

Payment Policy

A payment equal to the first night's stay is required at time of booking. The remaining balance is due at check in. By providing a credit card number, you are authorizing checkfront.com to bill your credit card for each payment as they come due, including any fees incurred while at the property, and outstanding balances not paid at time of departure.

Camping in SoCal at Oasis Palms RV Resort for the last five days. Very nice park other than the noise of the highway. Has new owners who are doing an expansion to the south end of the park and said they'd be putting in a row of trees along the highway to cut down on the noise. Has a swimming pool with a hot tub and there is a convenience store close by. Water sewer and 50 amp service with concrete pads plus grass and citrus trees throughout the park. There is also a pond in the center of the park and a fire pit where many of the campers gather in the evenings.
