Rules

Golf Carts

1. Owners must show proof of liability insurance on their golf cart at the office, when they enter the campground. Once an owner has shown proof of liability insurance, they will be given a tag to hang on their golf cart, this tag must be visible at all times.

II. Only licensed drivers are allowed to drive golf carts in the campground.

III. Golf carts may only be driven between sunrise and sunset. They may not be driven after dark.

1. Golf carts are not allowed to ride around with music blaring from radios or boom boxes at any time.

2. Golf carts are not allowed to ride on wet ground, and make ruts. No riding down bank close to bulk head.

3. Do not exceed the maximum number of occupants for the golf cart. For example if you have a 2-seater, then only 2 people are allowed in the golf cart.

4. Golf carts must follow the speed limit of 10 mph in the campground. If you are raising dust, you are going too fast.

5. Pedestrians always have the right-of-way. Always!

6. All drivers of vehicles must assume, and accept full responsibility for all inherent risks. Under no circumstances is Myers Landing, or it's employees, or family liable for accidents or injuries caused by our guests.

Fires

No fires outside of fire pits. If you have leftover ash and and charcoal please report this to the store and we will take care of it. Please do not dump ash or charcoal.
