Vehicle Policy

One registered vehicle (personal transportation) allowed per site. Two per Premium Sites. Vehicle must be parked on your site – not surrounding sites or road. Screen rooms and sheds must be approved by management. No parking on the concrete patios.

General Policies

1. Please observe the 10mph speed limit, stop signs, and one-way signs throughout the park. It os strictly enforced for all wheeled vehicles, including carts, chairs and scooters! 2. Park trucks in designated parking areas only. 3. Use screw in sewer connections only. Do not use donuts. 4. Do not feed any of the wild animals, especially the alligators and birds. Do not attempt to harass the offers or gators. 5. Check-out time is 12:00pm. If you wish to extend your stay, please do so as soon as possible. If you have not checked out or contacted the office prior to 12:00pm, you will be charged for another day. 6. Do not change sites without consent of management. 7. No mechanical work of any kind is permitted in the park. Please do not park vehicles that are leaking fluids on the grass, patios, or parking lots and pads. A water permit is required to wash cars ($5 or rigs $10). Place permit in your windshield. 8. Utility and storage trailers are not allowed in your site. 9. Trash is to be taken to the dumpsters in the back of the park. Do not leave trash out all day or overnight. Furniture, appliances, mattresses and other large items are not to be placed in, or around, the dumpsters. 10. No use of tobacco products allowed in park buildings. Dispose of your cigarette butts properly. Do not throw them on the ground for someone else to pick up! 11. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am. Respect your neighbors, please. Children under 18 must be at their site by 10:00pm, unless with an adult. 12. All visitors under the age of 18 must be under adult supervision at all times. 13. We have zero tolerance for drug or illegal activity in the park. You will be asked to leave immediately. 14. No outside clothesline allowed without permission from the resort manager, except bumper mounted drying units or under your awnings. No tying to electrical boxes, trees, or rigs. 15. Please keep your site neat and clean. 16. No tarps or awning that are not sold by an authorized RV dealer are allowed. Screen rooms and sheds must be approved by management and be securely anchored. You are responsible for any damage caused by your awning. 17. No campfires or fire pits. 18. RV’s left on the property during off season, or left in storage, must be properly secured and tied down to withstand hurricane force winds. 19. Do not dig or plant any plants, flowers, shrubs, or trees without approval from the maintenance manager or office. Bougainvilleas are not allowed. Do not prune out, cut, or damage any trees without prior permission. Any planting without approval will be removed. Anything placed in the ground becomes the property of the park. 20. Proper attire is required in all buildings. 21. No visible alcohol consumption in public areas except for special events as approved by management. 22. M RV Resort managers, staff and owners retain the right to enforce all the rules and guidelines. M RV resort retain the right to refuse registration to any person as deemed by the management or evict any guest or resident who is abusive or disturbs the peace and comfort of others. 23. Failure to observe these rules and regulations could result in immediate eviction without refund.

I picked this campground because it sounded like a good place to go well for medical reasons my doctor doesn’t think I should drive that far I made reservations in May or June well the end of June 1 July I called them up and said I wouldn’t be able to come and ask if I could get my deposit back , I was planning on coming the first week in January so that would be about six months notice and she said she could not give me my deposit back I could see you for a couple weeks before even a month not giving it back but six months I should’ve read the reviews before I did itI will never recommend this campground to anyone in every bad thing I can say on Facebook or wherever it might be I will do it I am very dissatisfied

Electric 30/50 amp, water, sewer, Back In, Sunny sites, About 30' between sites, Some concrete, some grass sites, most with concrete patios, sites are mostly level, Big Rig Friendly (but the interior roads can be tight) WIFI free in club house. Pay service for at site WiFi. It wasn't very good, I wish I hadn't bought it. Laundry Room regular washers & dryers cost: $1.50 to wash & $1.50 to dry. Only 5 of each. Bathhouses have clean, showers available, a/c in club house, Pool, shuffle board, bocce ball, horseshoes, many activities such as dances, dinners, crafts, games, etc., Pet Friendly (we did a day trip to Miami Beach, one of the office staff offered to walk our dog twice that day and wouldn't take money to do it so we baked her a cake.) The town is very small with only a Dollar General, Family Dollar, 2 gas Stations, Burger King, a couple of tiny cafes. Some banks & court house & some other stores. The Calosahatchee River is by the town and locks by lake Okeechobee. The staff was very friendly. We are coming back next year for a month.
