Little Mountain Marina Camping Resort

I booked 3 nights stay in a cabin for family coming in from out of town. I pull up to the front and tree limbs are laying all over the porch and hanging off the roof. The steps walking up to the door are not very safe looking. They are bowed and weak. I walk inside and the mildew smell is the first thing that hits me. I look to my right and a living room chair that looks like it came out of a dump. I am not exaggerating at all! The cushion is completely broken. I did take a picture and will share. The couch had a terrible odor and was very dated also. I did bring a sheet to cover it up just to be able to set. The kitchen table chairs were all stained up cloth material. The beds were very uncomfortable. Of course I didn’t expect it to be 4 star accommodation even though that’s what is advertised. I was embarrassed for my family to stay there. I sent a message to a lady that works in the office that same night and let them know I was very disappointed in the accommodations and we would be checking out first thing in the morning. I asked if they would reimburse me the 2 nights that we were not staying. I was told to wait till the owner could check it out.. My family checked in on Sunday afternoon and checked out at 8am Monday morning. I was told that they would only reimburse me 1 night of the bill. To be honest they should have reimbursed me for all 3 days. I agreed to take 2 nights reimbursement but they only reimbursed me for 1 day. I can’t believe the fact that they were renting out a very embarrassing place! I went by the next day and they were replacing the furniture. That’s awesome! That also says that they see the same thing that I saw. I would not recommend staying at these cabins!!
