Very bad campground under new ownership ....They don't care and the people running it is less than friendly they don't do activities like before they don't care .....bathrooms a mess very sad to see it go to hell in hand basket . Not veteran owned ...no discounts just stay if you dare

Very friendly and accommodating staff, who helped us relocate our tent space to a quieter area. The bathrooms are adequate, but the showers were not clean. The location of the campground is right next to a busy highway, with truck traffic sounds most of the night. Okay for RV's, but not so great for tenting! Fair quality for the price!

The bathrooms were never cleaned and filthy with trash overfilling - showers nasty - pool water green - we were told we could wash clothes, after they dried all our whites had brown stains. My husband said there were paper towels just out in the mens room and an hour later they were gone, someone took them. He never had a way of drying his hands. This campsite had too many year round residents. I have been in other RV campground with year round residents that were top notch - this was was at the bottom of the totem pole.

Campground Response

Thank you for the review, we always tell people that we are not perfect, we're just doing the best that we can with what we bought. Bad reviews don't bother us as long as they're constructive, and give us something to work on. We agree, there are too many year rounds and we have steadily been cutting them down. We put every dime we make into upgrading the park, unfortunately there's only so many upgrades that are possible without borrowing money to do the projects (i.e. well water). If our goals line up, this park will be top notch over the next 6 years. Again, we appreciate your business, we appreciate your honest review. All we ask, please don't give up hope, we've only been here for 4 years and there's only so much that can be done. We are constantly learning, as we never managed a park, or owned another park, we went for the US Marine Corps to owning a campground. Thank you, Curt & Cori

Love this park. The owners are wonderful. They found room for us when we would have stayed on the side of the road. Take time to check them out if you are in the area. Staying two days @$35 per night. Wifi, fishing. Not real fancy, but very comfortable. We are staying in a 40ft class a with a tow trailer. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
