Crap Place

This place is trashed. Not even a 'Lakeview.' The 'facilities' are a laundromat used by anyone that can walk there. A factory one one side blasting accordion music at 6am. A rock company next door making enough dust to cover your trailer, car, and lungs in a minute. Highway noise. Random gun shots. Road construction all nights. Neighbors begging for money. Absentee management. Dangerous trees left untrimmed. Good luck.

Everything is wrong in the description even the price. No one is ever available at office,no pools,no access to fishing or hiking,no picnic tables or grills, laundry facility always has machines down,no contact for emergencies,no night guard. This is a place for long term
