Very friendly. The site was ok. Worked for us for the overnight. Close to town. Not really a campground more of permanent living space so not active for RVers.

Worse park I’ve ever stayed in. If my wife were with me she never would have let me stay. I had reservations but they had no record of my reservation.

Horrible!! Do not waste money staying here! Sights are not level at all, the woman in the office is rude and the pictures posted ARE NOT what the campground looks like! Would give zero stars but it won’t let me!

Campground Response

Sorry you felt your experience was less than desirable. We have someone else in the same lot today that is very comfortable and appears to be level.

Need to repair the roads in the RV Park. Did not mind paying more this time but roads need some repair. Other than this a good place.

The price was reasonable for full hookup. The sites are a little too close for my taste. I would be willing to pay more for full hookup if the sites were twice the size. The location is close to Kirksville if that is where you want to be. It is sandwiched between other Buisness’s so there is no view worth a hoot. Some full time mobile homes in the back. Most of the people here are construction workers. They had a loud party next to my ridge half the night on Saturday. They allow dogs which is great but nobody ever tries to quiet them. I have dogs and make them stop if they bark. They need a noise policy and follow it. I doubt I will stay here again.

We stayed 2 nights at Lakeroad Village. It is a mixture of Mobile Homes and full hookup RV Sites. It is pretty quiet location and everyone was very nice. The showers and restrooms are for one person only which was great. Site was clean and well maintained. It is also close to everything in Kirksville. I would stay here again and the price for two nights was about $72, so very reasonable compared to other RV Resorts.

My friends and I loved camping here! Alan is the owner and was so kind to us when we got there, helped us find our spot showed us around. We spent a ton of time playing badminton and hiking, and the sites are nice for picnics. The hookups worked well, and we didn't have any issues connecting to anything, specifically the WIFI which we thought would be a problem. The nearby Farmers' Market was really awesome, and we spent most of our last day playing disc golf which was so much fun. Will return next chance we get!

Campground Response

Thank you so much for your response, Davina! We really your feedback; hope to see you and your friends again soon!
