Description:
Lake Tamarisk Desert Resort is a 55+ RV and mobile home park with large RV spaces open to all ages throughout the year. Our RV spaces feature full hookups and allow well-behaved pets for no additional charge. The park is located in the largely undeveloped Chuckwalla Valley just 2 miles north of US Hwy 10 at the Desert Center exit. Come experience our peaceful desert and mountain surroundings with amazing sunrises, sunsets, and starry skies.
Amenities & Activities:
Campground amenities include an air-conditioned clubhouse with TV, Wi-Fi, a lending library, games, and a pool table. There is also a heated swimming pool, spa, bathrooms with hot showers, and a coin-op laundry facility.
Visitors can enjoy on-site activities such as off-roading/ATVing right outside the park, lake activities such as SUP and kayaking (SUPs and kayaks are not provided), and catch-and-release fishing. Lake Tamarisk is also home to thousands of migrating and resident birds and is an excellent spot to bird watch.

Rules
PARK RULES
RV SITE
Pull into site and back out - do NOT drive on grass
Some sites have hook-ups on both sides of the site
RVs must be no older than 15 years and in good condition. Camp manager can approve older RVs on a case by case basis.
Only one RV per site - everyone must sleep in the RV; no tent camping
Quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am, including pets
Generator use is prohibited
Open fires are not allowed
TRASH/RECYCLING
Trash must be placed in a plastic bag, tied and placed in the dumpster at the north end of the park. Items other than household garbage are not permitted in the dumpster.
Recycles with CA-CRV label go in the recycle bins
PETS
Pets must be on a controlled leash when outside the RV
You must clean up after your pet
Pets are not allowed in the clubhouse, pool/spa, or laundry areas
POOL
There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool/spa
Bathing suits are the only acceptable attire in the pool/spa
You MUST take a shower and rinse off all lotions prior to entering the pool/spa
Alcoholic beverages or glass containers are prohibited in the pool/spa area
Children under the age of 3 or those not potty trained are not allowed to use the pool/spa
Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult at the pool and are not allowed in the spa
