Ya Ya's Lake Seminole RV Park is a small, quiet, wooded RV Park that's perfect for a peaceful getaway. The park features full hookup RV spaces with both 30 and 50 amp electricity available with shower and laundry facilities for guests. The park is just 2 minutes from Lake Seminole and 5 minutes from the Apalachicola river making it an ideal spot to stay and enjoy fishing, boating, canoeing, tubing, and swimming. There are also local fishing guides in the area who can take you out and provide the equipment. There is a five dollar charge per person/per night for parties over four. This applies to all reservations, even if you are eligible for discounts for Passport America, Veteran, and Law Enforcement discounts. We do not recognize any other discounts but the three aformentioned. We are privately owned business. Thank you. This policy has been in effect for a period of Three years. This is stated 2/23/2121 to clear up any confusion.

Please note: As of Aug 1 the Fifth Wheel will not be available until mid November 2021.

Rules

Cancellations

We request you cancel within 72 hours of your change of reservations. Fees will be assessed for cancellations according to what we are charged by our Square fees. They average around 4.00 per 100.00 plus a 10.00 fee for cancellations.

COVID 19

We strongly urge you to make a reservation for a spot. We are still operating under COVID 19 protocol. This keeps us safe and you safe. Credit cards are required for reservations. If you do wish to pay cash please have correct change. Thank you

Discounts

We recognize Passport America discounts for Five days. If you have a party of more than four, a 5.00 per person per nite fee will be assessed as our fee schedule is based on 2 adults two children per reservation. Thank you.

Law Enforcement and Veterans receive a discount.

We do not combine discounts. Thank you

Check in Check out times

You may check in as early as you wish.

Check out time is 2:00pm unless there are extenuating circumstances. Barring that next day fees are assessed if you leave past 2 pm. Thank you

Passport America members.

Passport America members enjoy five full nites with their 50% discount. After five days the price goes to 35.00 per night. Thank you.

Parking. Please ask before parking any where other than in front of your camper

Two vehicles per campsite please unless prior arrangements have been made with owner Visitors must check in and Park in designated areas only. Designated area being right in front of your camper tongue .Thank you . If you are having work done on your RV workers must check in with Camp Host and owners must be present when work is being done thru completion of tasks. Many Thanks.

Laundromat

Laundry And Shower facilities are ONLY for paid campers .Please have appropriate clothing to wear back and forth to bathhouse. Our laundromat operates on quarters. 1.25 washer load 1.00 dryer load.Thank You

Visitors

Visitors may come and visit . If they stay more than one night the fees will be adjusted, as we price fees for up to two adults and two children . ONLY .Thank You .

Cigarette butts

If you smoke please pick up your own filters. Please do not place the cigarettes in the fire rings Thank You.

Heating

Please no electric heaters. . Fees include electricity . We request you use propane. We carry small propane canisters. We do not have facilities to refill propane.

Pet Restrictions

Pet owners are expected to clean up after their pets. Pets must be On a leash when outdoors. And accompanied by a pet owner.
