The Lake Conroe RV resort is located in the beautiful town of Conroe and is a great spot for an authentic southern adventure. The campground is perfect for nature walking, fishing and swimming, canoeing, kayaking and paddle boarding. There's also a ton of onsite activities like pickle ball, softball, tennis, swimming, billiards, volleyball and nature trails. Historic downtown Conroe is a  great place for exploring and soaking in local art, the Sam Houston National Forest is great for scenic viewing and the Southern Star Brewing Company are camper favorites. Campers can also look forward to a number of nearby attractions such as the W G Jones State Forest which is popular for its hiking trails and 2 small lakes for fishing, boating, canoeing and kayaking. The 7 Acre Wood petting zoo and mini-golf area is also excellent for group fun, and the park is also a short drive from Houston, and is in an ideal spot for a day trip to this bustling Texas metropolis. In Houston, travelers can look forward to an urban adventure, with plenty of great restaurants, entertainment, art galleries, museums and historic sites to enjoy. Amenities at the park include: RV storage, a boat ramp, picnic areas, horseshoes, pool access, fitness center, boat dock, marina, boat rentals and RV hookups. Hope to see you soon!

If you enjoy stressful situations, toxic management, and being stalked, this is the park for you. The owner's name is not posted in the common area (Laundry / Shower) or anywhere on the internet. My RV was across the drive from the router - rarely had a signal. Always told that they were "planning and researching an upgrade". Reviews here show that has been the tale for YEARS, so don't buy it. If you review the tenant's handbook, they violated at least a half dozen points within 24 hours. To boot, this was right after the snow storm in Houston, and during the COVID lock-down, when the governor had expressly asked landlords to have compassion for tenants. During her rant, yes, I still have the texts, she yelled at my daughter who happened to be visiting at the moment, "I can have you moved right now!" (No legally according to the tenant's rights handbook or the Justice of the Peace, ma'am!) Save yourself. Also, the manager has admitted to padding reviews on their behalf and deleting any poor reviews that she can find a way.

Wonderful place to come I stayed at Lakeview Marina and had the worst month that I've ever had I'm a new RV-er , did not have anybody to school me I found out about this place from a friend of mine and Mrs. Cary Hall turned out to be the Goldmine I was looking for she helped me in all ways, anticipated my needs, met them before I even got home. Her and her husband are wonderful out here the neighbors are friendly the showers are huge and clean I couldn't believe they were so comfortable the laundry rooms are kept 2 OCD standards a manager Cary is the realest person I've met.. really giving me a positive experience and a positive beautiful environment. No reason to go anywhere else but here.

This is an older park and many people pay monthly fee have been here a long time. The NEW Managers are working like crazy to help people clean up their sites... As most of them are Senior residents. Great Job Guys! There wasn't any loud noise going on! No large or agressive breed dogs allowed and the few dogs we saw were on leashes. Everyone we met were so helpful. We enjoyed free Wifi without any Hoops to get online like so many parks these days. They have a nice little bath house with 2 really large and Clean Showers. 2 washers & 1 dryer and a Huge folding table. All included in the price!!! Wow! Table and chairs, puzzles & games kept us busy. They even had a Free book swap. This was do welcome because I didnt have a book i hadnt already read twice! They also had a large covered picnic area with a bbq pit & tables. It was great being outside and not being in the rain. Yes, they had a lot of rain but we made do. We were very close to the lake but you do have to leave the park to get there. Several places to eat nearby. We made new friends and Will return!

This Is an older park but does have shade in some spots. Did switch management while we were staying...much better! Has a pool and it was ok. Extremely small laundry facilities and the bathrooms need to be remodeled but it does have a space so you can get our of your rv if you full-time. Right on the lake and has lakefront spots. We enjoyed sitting outside and being on the water. Also has a small playground and dog area. Has an area in the back of the park where dogs can be off leash and an area for swimming in the lake. We didn't swim in the lake but let our dogs. We enjoyed the space this park provided and being on the water. Close to stores. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
