The Kintla lake Campground is located in the Glacier National Park and so is a gorgeous oasis of pure Montana forestry and lakes. It's remote and located at the park's North Fork area where there's plenty of quiet and plenty of shade. Trout fishing and non-motorized sports like canoeing and kayaking are common on this lake, but also get ready for some spectacular sunrises and sunsets from the waterside. And don't forget your hiking boots! This area is popular for excellent paths and challenging trails, so get ready for a tough and peaceful hike!
Primitive camping is encouraged at this campground because of the narrow paths that make it difficult for RVs and large vehicles to enter. So get your tents ready to have your next Montana adventure at the Kintla Lake Campground.
