GUEST RULES
*All guests must register upon arrival at the office. NO exceptions!
*Assignment of site will be made at the front office unless late night registration.
*Basic Rates are for (2) people with one pull vehicle and one tow behind unit.
*Additional charges for extra persons and extra units.
*All visitors not staying at the park must check in at the front office. *Visitors must park in your site or visitor parking area.
*Additional charges will be charged for storing extra vehicles, trailers, etc.
*Do not move to another site without checking with front office.
*Please park in front or behind your RV sites do not block another site or make it impossible for another guest to pull into their sites.
*Restrooms And Showers are for registered guest only showers are quarter operated $2.50 for 15 minutes
*Laundromat, Restrooms and Showers are cleaned frequently please help by taking all personal items with you.
*Check in time is 12:00 noon; check out time is 11:00 a.m. Late checkout is available until 12 noon; please check with front office (fee required for later time).
*Please re-register by 9:00 am to extend your stay (if site is available) Please note you may have to move to another site.
*No Refunds for early departures or adverse weather.
DURING YOUR STAY PLEASE
* OBSERVE THE 5 MPH SPEED LIMIT…..
*Secure your valuables. The park in not responsible for loss or theft.
*Quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No loud music, TV's or parties will be tolerated.
*Any outdoor fires must be contained in a charcoal/propane grill or fire pit.
*No digging in the gravel or grass. Please clean up around your fire pit.
*No generators running all hours, No outside clothes lines or tents on RV sites.
*Sewer connections must be sealed.
*Vehicles must be no more then 15yrs. old or in good running order No tarps or leaking of any fluids etc. Older RVS must be approved by management
*Work on any vehicles prohibited in the Park.
*NO washing of RV's no exceptions!!
* NO OHV's/ATV/Dirt bikes to be operated inside the park
* NO OPEN DISPLAYING OR DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS, BB GUNS, FIREWORKS, SLING SHOTS or BOW & ARROWS ALLOWED IN PARK...
*Alcoholic beverages please keep confined to your site or RV.
*Please respect others privacy, do not walk thru their sites or drive or park on empty sites.
*Children are not to be left unattended no children under 12 in the club house unless accompanied by a parent or adult over 18.
PETS
In order for everyone to enjoy the Park everyone needs to be a
responsible pet owner Please observe these rules:
*Clean up immediately after your pet.
*Pets must be on a leash at all times with the owner on the other end.
*Do not tie pets to trees or picnic tables..
*Pets are not allowed in office, laundry, restrooms, showers and pavilion.
*Pets have a designated pet walk see on map.
*Exercise pens or kennels may be set up on your site please keep plenty of water
available for your pet
*Please be advised that the heat can be very intense, do not leave pets unattended or without plenty of water.
*Aggressive dogs are not allowed in the park if "your" dog is deemed aggressive or considered a danger you will be asked to remove the dog from the premises.
PLEASE NOTE* ANY VIOLATION OF PARK RULES MAY BE GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE EVICTION.
