Rules
Vehicle Policy
Residents may have only one personal vehicle per lot.
If parking for a second vehicle is needed, parking arrangements must be made with the Manager.
All vehicles must be registered with the Office.
Pet Policy
Pets are allowed, but must be leashed anytime they are out of the RV.
All pets must be registered with the Office. For your convenience, pet waste stations are provided throughout the RV section.
No pet may be tied up outside the RV and left unattended.
General Policies
For an RV reservation of 28 days or more:
A 60-day written advance notice of cancellation must be given before refund of deposit
If less than 60 days, a written request to the Board of Directors must be submitted stating
the reason(s) for the cancellation. The Board will decide the amount of refund, if any.
NO REFUND WILL BE CONSIDERED AFTER CHECK-IN UNLESS THE REQUEST IS ACCOMPANIED BY DOCUMENTATION ON APPROPRIATE LETTERHEAD
(i.e., doctor, mortician, etc.).
THE BOARD WILL THEN MAKE A DECISION.
