Rules

Alchohol and Glass Beverage Policy

Prohibited in accordance with City of Jacksonville Ordinances and State of Florida Statutes. Violators may be ejected from the park without a refund. Park staff has the right to inspect coolers if alcohol is suspected.

Swimming Policy

Swimming is allowed but always at your own risk. It is your responsibility to assess the water conditions and decide if it is safe to enter. Non-swimmers and children under the age of 18 should always require adult supervision. Lifeguards on duty from Memorial Day to Labor Day are not responsible for accidents or injuries that may occur.

Pet Policy

Please note that for the safety of both dogs and their people, day-use customers are not allowed to bring dogs into the park. Campers with dogs must make sure they are on a leash and never left alone.
