Stay away! Pool is just a hole in the ground and has been that way for over 3 yrs. Rented a premium lot on a pond but the view is looking at wash hanging on line for weeks. Trash strewn all over yard. Complained to management but they would not do anything. If you want to stay in a trashy trailer park this is the place for you! We camped at Highbanks Marina & Campresort in a Motorhome.

This campground is really nice, it’s made for the elderly as there is no park for any kids. It was a little daunting for us as my kids like their playgrounds, but it gave us time to show our boys what camping really means – being in nature and roasting marshmallows, telling stories by the fire and playing card games all afternoon. The staff here was very kind and helpful, as were some of the long term campers. The amenities were really nice, especially the BBQ pits! Overall I really enjoyed my time here with my family. I think the best thing this place has to offer is the beauty of the land that surrounds it. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group

The monthly rate is reasonable with water, sewer, electric, cable tv and you can purchase WiFi. Staff is very friendly and the people staying here are very friendly. It is a campground for retired or going to be retiring as they do not have a playground. The only down part is the cell phone service sucks we have Verizon. There is a restaurant on the grounds also. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
