We are new to traveling in our RV, this was our first non local trip, and we are towing a car on a dolly, most stops were overnight so we called the day before to reserve a pull thru with 50 Amp service and were told they had availabillity. When we arrived a little close to their closing time we were told they had a space available but with our slide outs we would not fit, and was given a back-in site with 50 Amp. We voiced our concern with the fact that we now had to unhook the car and dolly just for one night but the clerk insisted that was all that was unavailable. As we proceeded up the side of a steep mountain we noticed at least 3 empty pull thru spaces, so we called and were told they were 30 Amp, we said we could do a 30 amp for just the night then the clerk said they were monthly spaces we could not park there, go figure. So we continued up the moountain and found our site, 3rd to last space in the park. Next to our site was a double empty site, which could have accommodated the RV and car and we would have not had to unhook everything, but it was too late to call back to the office it was closed. Since they already had our money and going to another resort that late in the day wasn’t an option. It would have been more convenient to add another nights stay but as unaccommodating and inhospitable this place was we weren’t going to give them another dime. I gave it 2 stars because the utilities worked fine.

Unsafe water, garbage all over, feces in the bathrooms, vomit in the roads. Not a "resort" but a trailer park for full time rvers.

The male workers keep the pool cameras hooked to their phones. In the office they talk about the women at the pool, if they are "hot" then they all talk about who's "first". If not hot, then they RIP her apart. No camera's working that point at the safe tho. The managers don't want a safe pointing at the safe!

Never met any Brianna Smith or talked to any woman at the pool, period. Hidden Valley is pushing their people to leave good reviews (Helen Touissaint is the dealer manager's mother, for instance). Government and State agencies have been authorized to work on my behalf seeing as I am telling the truth, and the place is dangerous. You can't lie and play games forever. Time to give up the druggy pervert den or at least leave people alone.

I give it a 5 stars! We stayed here for 6 weeks in August and September and it was great. I have seen the negative review left by Megan and I unfortunately had the not so pleasurable experience of meeting her one day at the pool. She went on and on about how bad it was and all I could think was if it is so bad why are you here. Any good mother would have slept in a Walmart parking lot before subjecting her children to such a "terrible" place. I have kids and they were completely safe there. The staff does go around the park about 4 times a day in either a car or golf cart to make sure everything is safe. From the time I spent there she was the problem not the staff! Its a great place, it is quiet, clean and we felt very safe there and will return again. I am guilty of not leaving reviews for the places we travel yet I read them. So many people are quick to leave bad reviews but never good ones. I just felt this place deserved defending.

I been here for 3 years, its the nicest family friendly park one could ask for. It has a pool, a club house with Wi-Fi, laundry room, cute little gift shop, two nice clean bath houses. Walking trails, and easy and convienent access to freeway. Close to Albuquerque and easy to get to Santa Fe. Staff here are friendly, helpful and always available on site. They work hard to make this place a safe and friendly park. It may be an older park, and some sites may be a little more narrow than others but so long as you let them know how many slides, they try to accommodate. I have only stayed on at this park full timing it because its such a nice place. Come and check it out. You will love it.

This park is quiet and beautiful. Bathrooms are clean and they have a book exchange. I have been here since 2015 and enjoy it very much. Come see for yourself you won't be disappointed I promise. There are no drugs and they do park checks on a regular basis to ensure the park is safe and clean.

Can we give zero stars? I came here to paint and spend more time with my kids. I was harassed by the managment's "swinger" friends, and then constantly solicited for drug use. My young children have been approached. When I asked the "manager" S.T. or his stand-in "manager" A.S. to ask this "staff" to leave me alone, I was told that I have no rights, harasser/dealer have lived there for years, and I can "put up with it or get out". I've read similiar stories to mine elsewhere. Now they circle around my rv in their cars and golf cart. They are a summer camp cartel. I've seen heroin deals going down by staff, from the front porch of the office to individual rvs. It's too bad this place has turned into a clandestine enterprise, the grounds actually have some potential. But do not go there, especially for any longer than a day or so, and not with females or children in your company. Please look deeply into other reviews. It's a pathetic and reactionary drug den.
