A General Policies

Check In Time: 1:00 PM Check Out Time: 11:00 AM Minimum Check In age is 18 years old. Guests aged 12 years old and under at the time of check in are considered children. Pets are allowed. The rates displayed do not include any applicable service fees or charges for optional incidentals. For late arrival arrangements, please contact our Reservation Department at (800) 307-0768.

Deposit and Payment Schedule:

Daily Your credit card will be charged one night rack rate prior to arrival. To make changes to your reservation please call our Reservation Department at (877) 864-2728 and specify that you booked your reservation online. If a RV/Tent site reservation is cancelled at least 2 days prior to arrival, an administrative fee of $25 will be charged prior to refunding any advance deposit. Otherwise the one night deposit will be forfeited. If a rental unit reservation is cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival, an administrative fee of $25 will be charged prior to refunding any advance deposit. Otherwise the one night deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

No Show - Refund will not be granted. Long Term - One month or longer. Reservations with any nights during the months of January - March: Cancellations made prior to 60 days of arrival date will receive a full refund, minus $150 administrative fee. Reservations with all nights during the months April - December: Cancellations made prior to 60 days of arrival date will receive a full refund minus 10% of reservation. Less than 60 days - deposit may be pushed forward one year from original arrival date or will be forfeited. If a stay is shorter than original reservation, and less than one month, no refund will be given. If one month or longer, the rate will be adjusted to the appropriate rate type (i.e. daily, weekly, etc.) Credit of the adjusted unused portion of the payment, minus $150.00 administrative fee, will be applied to future reservation within one year of cancellation date or forfeited. Policy subject to change without notice. Refunds for death or extended hospitalization will be reviewed on an individual basis at the regional level.

Pet Policy:

No dogs over 25 lbs. No aggressive breeds. Limit 2 dogs per site. All dogs must be on a leash when outside of unit.

This is a very nice park yet not so friendly for big rigs. The campers didn’t mind being told to move their vehicles around so we can park and leaving, yet we felt it was a burden to others. The staff was very affable and accommodating which made everyone at ease when we were getting set up in our site. The park itself was well maintained and they had a ton of amenities and activities. If you come here make sure you walk down to the pier and watch the sunset, it’s too beautiful to pass up! We will definitely be back with a much smaller rv, or maybe a tent next time. This is a PA PK but in Jan. they don’t do PA disc. or any disc. But when I went through the reservation # I got the GS 10% disc.,240 sites, sites are back-ins & wide sites, parked on grass, 30/50A, FHU, heated pool, nice clubhouse, laundry, WiFi was only free in clubhouse at site you had to pay, lots of long term people, everyone friendly.
