Greenbrier State Forest is located near Caldwell, West Virginia. It features full or partial hookup campsites that are big rig friendly. Many of them accommodate slide out RVs. The park is pet-friendly and has a dump station.

Dogs and cats are the only pets permitted in West Virginia State Parks and Forests. Pets are welcomed in pet designated accommodations. Pets have always been permitted in campgrounds with owners observing leash laws and other area guidelines and requirements regarding pet travel. Pets shall be permitted in the pet friendly designated lodge rooms only. A maximum of two (2) pets are permitted, designated accommodation. A weight limit of 15 pounds per pet in lodge rooms is enforced. Pets should always be accompanied in lodge rooms. If you leave your pet in your lodge room please crate your pet and kindly let the front desk know in case we need to contact you. Pets shall be restrained at all times in public areas on a sturdy leash maximum ten (10) feet in length and in accordance with the general rules. Public areas include lobbies and guest room corridors that are used to access the assigned pet friendly room. Secure pet food inside the designated accommodations. Food left outdoors attracts nuisance wildlife.
