2. Park SPEED LIMIT is 10 M.P.H.
3. Community Hall Hours 8:00 A.M. - 11:00 P.M.
4. Trash Dumpster are at North East Corner.
5. Pets must be leashed at all times and pet owners MUST pick-up after their pets at all times.
6. Weight of DOGS must be less than 40 lbs and NO agreesive breeds.
( pit bull, doberman, rottweiler, etc ) at Management descretion.
7. Swimming Pool has NO Lifeguard on duty.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult when entering the pool area.
