Tent camping is limited to a maximum of 10 days within any 30-day period in order to maintain the quality and comfort of our facilities. At this time, we are unable to accommodate long-term tent camping. If you are tent camping and require access to laundry facilities, an additional fee will apply. Please contact park management for details on the associated cost. For the comfort and safety of all guests, tent camping requires a proper tent setup. Sleeping in vehicles isn’t allowed under our tent camping guidelines—thank you for understanding!
Flying Horse RV Park and its subsidiary, T&A RV Park LLC, are not responsible for any damage to RVs, vehicles, or personal property while on park premises. This includes, but is not limited to, damage caused by falling trees or limbs, high winds, hail, fire, water, electrical surges or outages, or contact with park maintenance equipment (such as mowers or trimmers). Guests are encouraged to maintain proper insurance coverage for their vehicles and belongings, as all property is brought onto the premises at the owner’s risk.
Pets are welcome at Flying Horse RV Park, with a limit of two pets per site. All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times—including within your own site—and under your control. Pets may not be left unattended outside at any time. Excessive barking or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the park. You are required to immediately clean up after your pet and properly dispose of waste. Pets are not allowed in any park buildings, including the laundry room, bathrooms, office, or common areas such as the office patio and pickleball courts. Failure to follow pet rules may result in additional fees or termination of your stay.
A 10 MPH speed limit is enforced at the front of the park and 5 MPH throughout the rest. Speeding endangers guests and will not be tolerated. No solicitation or advertising of products, services, or vehicles is allowed anywhere in the park. All trash must be placed in community dumpsters. Do not store trash at your site. Large or bulky items must be disposed of off-site.
All RVs must be fully self-contained, well-maintained, and in good condition. No campfires are allowed directly on the ground; all fires must be contained within manufactured, above-ground fire pits. Only manufactured outdoor cooking grills and charcoal grills are permitted. Open flames must never be left unattended, and fires must be fully extinguished after use. Water hoses and sewer lines must be in good repair and free of leaks. Sewer connections must have a proper “do-nut” or threaded fitting for a secure, sealed hookup. Homemade or makeshift sewer or water connections are not allowed. The use of generators is permitted only during non-quiet hours and must not disturb nearby guests. Excessive idling of vehicles or running of loud equipment is prohibited. No storage of hazardous materials, excessive clutter, or unsightly items is permitted around your site. This includes, but is not limited to, tools, construction materials, gasoline cans, or large plastic containers. Absolutely no dumping of gray or black water on the ground. All wastewater must be properly discharged into designated sewer connections. Violations of this policy may result in immediate removal from the park without refund.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and must be strictly observed to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to: loud music, bright lights directed into other RVs, shouting, slamming doors, loud engine revving, parties or gatherings that disturb others, or letting pets bark excessively. An after-hours disturbance fee may be charged for any complaints or calls received during quiet time. Repeated violations may result in removal from the park without refund.
Common courtesy is expected at all times on RV park property. Obnoxious, profane, abusive, or threatening language, behavior, or actions—whether directed at park staff or other guests, or that negatively impact the experience of others—are strictly prohibited. Anyone engaging in such conduct will be required to leave the park immediately without refund, at the sole discretion of park management.
Registration and full payment are required immediately upon arrival—no exceptions. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Visa, and MasterCard. On your departure day, to ensure the full return of your deposit, your site must be left clean and free of all trash, debris, and personal belongings. The initial move-in deposit will be applied toward your final electric bill, any outstanding balances, and any necessary cleaning fees. Any remaining deposit amount will be refunded accordingly.
- 100% Refund before 3 days; - 50% Refund before day 1; - NON-REFUNDABLE day of reservation
RV and Tent Camping check-in time is 2:00PM. RV check-out time is 11:00AM. Early arrival or late check-out must be approved by the park office (additional fees may apply). We require as part of the registration process that all adults 18 and older must provide a copy of their driver license. Contact the Park office if after-hours check-in is needed (additional fees may apply).
Every RV site rate includes up to eight (8) people and two vehicles. Stays exceeding 30 nights may require a background check for all adults aged 18 and over, at the discretion of park management.
All RV owners must carry active insurance on their vehicles and provide proof of coverage upon arrival. Sub-leasing of RVs or sites is strictly prohibited. Long-term residents are required to give the park office a 30-day notice prior to moving out. Residents are responsible for maintaining and cleaning their site area. Dog kennels, pens, and dog runs are permitted; however, items such as clotheslines, freezers, refrigerators, fencing, barriers, or pallets are not allowed on park property.
All RVs must be fully self-contained, RVIA certified, and comply with current fire safety and RV regulations. Window-installed A/C units are not permitted, and awnings must be in good condition. Tarps may not be used to cover damaged roofs or for any makeshift weatherproofing. The exterior of each RV must be clean, presentable, and well-maintained. While minor cosmetic issues—such as peeling decals or small dents—may be acceptable, RVs with significant appearance concerns or signs of neglect will not be permitted.
All RVs must be fully self-contained, well-maintained, and in good condition. On-site repair or maintenance of RVs or vehicles is not permitted. All drivable vehicles must have current registration, and anyone operating a motorized vehicle—including golf carts—must hold a valid driver’s license.
Parking in the road around the horseshoe is not permitted. All vehicles must be parked within your assigned site only. Any vehicle found in a vacant site without prior management approval will be charged the daily site rate. The use of motorized scooters, ATVs, minibikes, or any unlicensed motorized vehicles is prohibited on park property. Golf carts are allowed but must be well-maintained and operated in compliance with local laws.
Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times and must be accompanied in all common areas, including the pickleball courts, office patio, and pond.
All visitors must adhere to park rules and regulations. Guests are responsible for the safety, behavior, and supervision of their children and any visitors they invite to the park.
Please dispose of all smoking materials in designated receptacles—do not discard them on the ground, including within your site area. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside any park buildings.
Flying Horse RV Park, including its owners, staff, and representatives, is not responsible for any individual—regardless of age—who chooses to operate a vehicle while under the influence. Criminal behavior or drug-related activity in or near the park is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.
The discharge or use of firearms and fireworks is strictly prohibited on park property. All weapons must be securely stored and remain in full compliance with applicable state and federal laws at all times.
