**CHECK OUT TIME IS 10AM unless discussed prior with management.
TURN OFF BREAKERS WHEN YOU LEAVE PLEASE.
Please throw trash away immediately to the back of the dumpsters.
Do not leave it outside your RV.
Never throw on top or leave next to the dumpsters.
Break down boxes.
No bulk trash allowed. (mattresses, couches, chairs etc.)
$50 fine for not following these rules.

* DOG POOP MUST BE PICKED UP IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT USE PEOPLES YARDS BY THEIR RVS. USE DOG PARK OR LARGE GRASSY AREAS. All dogs must be walked on a leash at all times. If they are left outside, they either need to be on a lead with you present the entire time or in a fenced in area. If you are caught with your dog not a leash or continuously roaming around the lot, there will be a $50 fine added to your balance. If you are caught not picking up after your dog on property, there will be a $50 violation fee that will be attached. Here at Eagle Resorts, we don’t discriminate on dog breed. However, if your dog shows any type of aggression (not just barking) toward another dog or person you will be asked to leave.
AMMENITIES INFORMATION AND RULES
* BATHROOMS ARE OPEN 24HRS. Please do not leave your personal hygiene products in the bathroom or showers. DO NOT TAKE WHAT DOES NOT BELONG TO YOU AND PLEASE clean up after yourself. We all share these, and it is important for us all to do our part.
* RECREATION ROOM IS OPEN 24HRS. Coffee is served daily. Feel free to relax or hang out with the family to watch tv or play games.
There is a fitness center in rec room as well.
*LAUNDRY FACILITY IS OPEN 24HRS. Cards only. Puts a $15.00 hold and what you do not use will be put back once banks release the funds.

SPEED LIMIT
* THE SPEED LIMIT IN PARK IS 5MPH OR UNDER. NO EXCEPTIONS AS THIS IS FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL OUR GUESTS. WE ARE AN EXTREMELY ACTIVE COMMUNITY. (KIDS, ELDERLY, DOG WALKING, FITNESS WALKING AND ETC.) The fine for not abiding by the speed limit is $50. We have security cameras in place here and know what this speed looks like. Please also let your visitors know as well.
QUIET TIME
* Quiet time in park is from 10 pm to 7 am. Please be courteous of your neighbors. This means that all noise/music needs to be quiet/off after 10 pm. Any loud disturbances will result in a $75 dollar fine.
* If you are caught doing any illegal substances here at Eagle Resorts, you will be asked to leave immediately. If you do not comply the authorities will be contacted to remove you.

* SEPTIC HOSES must be on an incline on a slinky. When a septic hose is left to lay on the ground it is impossible for the waste to flow into the septic system.
