QUIET TIME

Due to previous reservations, if you plan on staying longer, the earlier you re-register, the better your chance of keeping your site.

SPEED LIMIT

Please observe a speed limit of no more than 10 mph.

CHILDREN

Children must be supervised at all times. Parents are responsible for any damages caused by children.

PETS

Please maintain control of your pets. The limit is for only 3 pets allowed on leash. Owners must clean up after their pets. Do not leave pets tethered on a leash or chain or in a pen outside overnight or when you are absent. If outside, pets must be on a leash with the owner at all times. SEWER

Do not park past the electric pedestals. A positive sewer seal at both ends of sewer hose is required. Texas law requires that a sewer hose must be fastened using a connector or a rubber donut. This is a septic system. DO NOT throw diapers, all types of wipes, paper towels, feminine items, food, or any non-organic items in the toilets.

TRASH

Dumpster located in the park is for personal trash only. All garbage must be bagged & tied, boxes broken down. DO NOT leave trash outside by your RV. Additionally, no tires, batteries, wood, furniture, or work trash can be disposed of in onsite dumpster. 𝐍𝐎 𝐎𝐏𝐄𝐍 𝐅𝐋𝐀𝐌𝐄𝐒 𝐎𝐑 𝐅𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊𝐒 𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐎𝐖𝐄𝐃. 𝐍𝐎 𝐎𝐏𝐄𝐍 𝐅𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐌𝐒 𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐘𝐄𝐃.

PARKING

Two vehicles per RV space, if your space is large enough. Please, park parallel to your RV out of the main drives. No 𝐦𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤, 𝐨𝐢𝐥 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬, 𝐨𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐬 allowed without approval from management. Utility trailers, boats, or extra vehicles will need 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐥 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭.

EXTENDED STAYS & SITE MAINTENANCE

Long-term guests must keep lots clean and clutter-free (no excessive outside storage, broken items, or debris). Cleanliness of the park is important to us. Sites are to be kept clean and orderly, as determined by management. Washing vehicles in the park is prohibited, however; keeping your RV clean and in good repair is required. 𝐂𝐋𝐎𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐒 𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐒 𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐎𝐖𝐄𝐃. 𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐑𝐈𝐂 𝐒𝐏𝐀𝐂𝐄 𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐒 𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐎𝐖𝐄𝐃. 𝐍𝐎 𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐁𝐎𝐗𝐄𝐒 𝐎𝐑 𝐏𝐈𝐆𝐓𝐀𝐈𝐋𝐒 𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐎𝐖𝐄𝐃. Crossroads RV Park is not responsible for any electrical components on RV’s.

MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERIES

Mail and package deliveries 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐤.

GENERATORS

Generators are not permitted unless there is a power outage

CONDUCT

Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene language, obnoxious, disruptive or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated. These are examples of immediate eviction without a refund. No tampering or modifying the 𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫, 𝐬𝐞𝐰𝐞𝐫, 𝐨𝐫 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬.

LIABILITY

Any and all persons using the facilities do so at 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐈𝐑 𝐎𝐖𝐍 𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐊 and consent. 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄: 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐀𝐑𝐄𝐀 𝐁𝐄𝐋𝐎𝐖 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐊 𝐈𝐒 𝐎𝐅𝐅 𝐋𝐈𝐌𝐈𝐓𝐒. The park management is NOT RESPONSIBLE for accidents due to fire, theft, wind, flood, personal negligence, acts of God or other unfortunate circumstances. The registered guest is financially responsible for all visitors or pets at their site for any/all damage to the park.

REFUNDS & EVICTIONS

No refunds for early departures, evictions or rule violations. Management has the right to refuse service to anyone. These rules are for health, cleanliness, legality and welfare of all.

Wi-Fi Policy

Your access to the Service is completely at the discretion of Crossroads RV Park and such access may be blocked, suspended, or terminated at any time for any reason including, but not limited to, violation of this Agreement, actions that may lead to liability for Crossroads RV Park, disruption of access to other users or networks, and violation of applicable laws or regulations. Crossroads RV Park reserves the right to monitor and collect information while you are connected to the Service and that the collected information can be used at the discretion of Crossroads RV Park, including sharing the information with any law enforcement agencies, Crossroads RV Park partners, and/or Crossroads RV Park vendors. Crossroads RV Park may revise this Agreement at any time. You must accept this Agreement each time you use the Service, and it is your responsibility to review it for any changes each time. Crossroads RV Park reserves the right at all times to withdraw the Service, change the specifications or manner of use of the Service, to change access codes, usernames, passwords, or other security information necessary to access the service.
