Rules

General

1. Check-in:

Usually between 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM. Check-out: 11:00 AM.

2. Speed Limits:

5–10 mph throughout the park to protect pedestrians and pets.

3. Quiet Hours:

10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

4. Site Cleanliness:

Guests are responsible for keeping their site tidy NO clutter, outdoor storage, or trash outside.

🐕 Pets

1. Leash Requirements:

Pets must be on a leash at all times outside the RV.

2. Clean-Up:

Mandatory to pick up pet waste immediately.

3. Aggressive Dogs:

Breed restrictions or bans may apply (e.g., Pit Bulls, Rottweilers). Aggressive behavior is not tolerated.

4. Barking:

Excessive barking is discouraged; complaints may result in removal.

🔥 Fires and Grilling

1. Campfires:

No allowed.

2. Grills:

Propane and charcoal grills usually allowed.

🏞️ Facilities and Amenities

1. Bathhouses/Laundry:

Open only to registered guests. Clean up after use.

2. Open from 10:00am - 8:00pm

Damage to the facility will result in penalty and eviction.

🚫 Prohibited Actions

1. No Illegal Substances:

Drug use is strictly prohibited.

2. No Discharging Firearms or Fireworks

3. No Vehicle Repairs allowed on Site

🚙 Vehicle & RV Requirements

1. RV Condition:

RVs must be well-maintained, with no leaks or excessive damage.

2. Occupancy Limits:

Limited to 2 people per site.

3. Additional Vehicles:

Only 1 per site unless otherwise approved. Additional vehicles for $5/day.

📋 Registration & Guests

1. Guest Registration:

All overnight guests must register with the office.

2. Long-Term Stays:

Often require background checks or management approval.

3. Additional charge for guests:

Site rate includes 2 adults. Additional guests: $5 -10 per night per person age 12 and up.
