Long term space renter class action lawsuit against owner READ THIS! This owner has raised the rent spaces unlawfully. Morgan Hill City Ordinances only permit a 2% to 5% maximum rate increase in a 12 month period. My last one was a $300 increase in 2017. This was because she now has to include all utilities in the space rent as per City Ordinances. They had been charging $1050.00 a month plus utilities. She was told by the city that she could not put her "Premium" on top of the charges that PG&E was charging for the actual power being used. THIS IS ILLEGAL! So she just charges a "flat fee" now. If you have stayed in this park you are entitled to a 100% refund of all of the utility fees they charged you during your stay, PLUS DAMAGES! No charge to join and no attorney fees to you. Electric (20/30/50/100), sewer, water, cable, wifi, garbage & recycling pickup at site. Sites are back in 45X20 or 30X60. Someone comes to help you back in. Mostly sunny sites but a bit of shade here and there. Concrete level pads. Big rig friendly. Dog friendly. Nice bathhouse. There is a nice pool and hot tub. Staff very nice and professional. Camp store (stocked with wine. Gotta love California) - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group

We love this park! We've come here twice, and it's nice because we have everything we have at home, but being away from regular life and in a really beautiful setting makes the park a real oasis for us. There's quite a bit to do near the park. We normally take long walks on the boardwalk, and the last time, we went whale watching which was pretty cool. The sightseeing staff were great and very well informed. There was also the typical lineup of California activities like golfing and fishing, but we tried to keep it simple each trip so we have more to do and explore when we go back. We'd definitely say that this isn't a typical RV park, and has a very pristine, well-managed atmosphere that makes you feel like you're in a resort. It was very obvious to us that the staff and management take a lot of pride in the park and we appreciated that a lot! Looking forward to going again this year. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
