Spacious gravel pads, electric, water, septic, pond, near hiking, canoeing, kayaking, ATV trails, with thousands of acres of hunting ranges nearby, plus local Amish & Mennonite country farm stores, and only 15-20 minutes from Crossville, Tennessee, Jamestown, Rugby, and Cookeville, Be sure to visit Tennessee's famous sorghum mill, only minutes away from Country Life RV Parks.
OPENING AUG 2023. At present, Country Life RV Parks is under construction with 50 projected RV or Park model sites on level gravel pads with beautiful country views. We are located at 1204 Campground Rd in Clarkrange, Tennessee.
Our vision is to offer camping spots--nightly to yearly--for folks who would just like to experience country life. Our fields are surrounded by beautiful pastures and grazing cows. Eric and I are often amused every day by the 13 head of cows traipsing down to the water pond to cool off every day around 2pm. Although our pond, at the moment, is shrouded by tall trees, we plan to get busy on thinning them out in late November, after the famous Appalachian "changing of the leaves" season. By late next spring, we plan to have a pretty walkway around the pond, along with benches and adirondack chairs for your enjoyment.
Our partial service sites are numbered 7-11, 22-26. Site number 6 belongs to the park owners. Site number 1 belongs to one of our year-round guests. Our office hours are generally 7 AM until 10 AM; However, we are always reachable by phone. Office phone is (931) 310-0448; Karen (co-owner) is (334) 669-2382; Eric (co-owner) is (352) 324-2894. When you book online, you do not need to check in at the office. We know that you are coming in on the first day of your booking so proceed to your selected spot. If we are not at the park when you arrive, simply set up on your spot and one of us will stop by to greet you when we return from our errands. We are always available by cell phone and do not mind answering your call at any time. We are here to make your stay with us a pleasant experience.

Guests who book Year round must complete an application and background check. Note: be sure to read cancelation policies. There are no refunds for early departures. Remember: when a guest books a site for six months, the rate per night is lower than nightly, weekly, and monthly. Plus, the guest has taken the site they booked "off the market" for an extended periord of time. Hence, seasonal RVers usually book months in advance, so when a seasonal guest books for six months and then decideds to leave after two months, they have taken advantage for two months of the lowest rate the campground offers without forfilling their commitment for the season, whereas RVers who simply book by the month pay a higher rate per night.

As avid and longtime campers ourselves, we, owners Karen and Eric, thought long and hard about the policies that would ensure the safety and enjoyment of you, our guest. With you in mind, we know that many campers travel with beloved pets. We have three well-loved fur children ourselves—Bill, a sixteen year old Chihuahua, Radar, a five year old Border Collie, and Zöe, a three year old Australian Shepard. As a result of our personal journey with beloved pets and many years of experience with campers young and older and their animals, we have tried to create a set of policies to guide our guests and their special animal campers here at Country Life RV Parks. While we cannot foresee every situation, we hope that we have provided all of our guests with enough information when it comes to camping with pets.
Friendly pets are always welcome. We allow 2 pets(Cats and/or dogs) per site. Exotic animals of any kind or type are not allowed. For our Guests’ safety, aggressive dogs/breed are not allowed in the Park. That said, any pet that demonstrates aggressive behavior must be removed from the park within 24 hours. As a guest of Country Life RV Parks & Services, we rely on your goodwill and assistance with maintaining a safe environment for all. We are providing the following information regarding dangerous dog breeds at: www.dogsbite.org. Your acceptance as a guest is your guarantee that you understand and agree to the pet policy and have read and understood the information on dangerous dog breeds. It is the Guest’s responsibility to pick up after his/her pets. Pets must be on leash when walking them in the park. If you utilize the designated dog park, you must remain at the dog park with your pet. No unattended dogs are allowed at the dog park or anywhere outside of your unit. Tethers at your RV space must at least be 8’ long and not longer than 10’. Please do not leave pet food outside as it attracts ants, flies, skunks and rodents. Indoor cats only. Please note should your dog be a nuisance barker or become aggressive you will be required to remove your pet from the Park. We thank each of you for understanding that our pet policy has been created for the health and safety of everyone within the park.

Check-in is between 3-6pm and check-out is 11am. We realize that some guests will likely arrive after 6pm. Since all reserved sites are paid in advance, guests may simply go to their site and set up their rig.
Clarkrange (our location) and Fentress County, in general, are largely rural. We have contacted every single internet carrier in our area and the only type of service possible is a satellite service. This is cost prohibitive for a small park such as ours. Several of the major internet companies have Country Life RV Parks on their waiting list for service. Until then, we recommend purchasing a dedicated hotspot from your cell-phone carrier as a way to stream your favorite shows. We use our personal hotspot service to watch all of our favorite news channels, sports channels, and entertainment channels. We will have further information on this topic posted on our Website when we have answers.
Cancellation policies are a “necessary evil” for RV Parks owing to the nature of the tourist industry and the recent trend in RV Park full-time living by retirees and young, working-class adults who are saving for their “forever” homes. Cancellations can cost park owners thousands of dollars in lost revenue. Last year, reports nation-wide showed that the demand for campsites was greater than availability. Thus, campers took to their computers to reserve camping spots well in advance (sometimes as far as a year) to make sure that they were able to find an open reservation. However, when a site is reserved, it “takes it off of the rental market” along with its anticipated income for the park owner/s. By the time a camper cancels the reservation (often only a few days before check-in), the opportunity to “re-sell” the cancelled site is all but gone, and with it, the anticipated income. This dynamic is why park owners must be diligent about structuring a cancellation policy that is fair for both parties—park owners and their guests. CANCELLATIONS FOR ANNUAL AND SEMI-ANNUAL reservations: Reservations must be cancelled 45 days prior to check-in for a full refund, minus a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 45 days will receive a 50% refund, less than 30 days, no refund. MONTHLY STAYS must be cancelled 30 days prior to check-in for a full refund, minus a $150 cancellation fee, cancellations less than two weeks will receive a 50% refund, cancellations less than 10 days, no refund. NIGHTLY STAYS must be cancelled at least 7 days in advance for a full refund (minus $25 cancellation fee), cancellations 3-6 days prior to check-in will receive a 50% refund, less than 72 hours, no refund. WEEKLY STAYS, must cancel at least two weeks prior to check-in for a full refund (minus $50 cancellation fee), Less than two weeks, you will receive a 50% refund, less than 10 days, no refund. Refunds should be processed within 5-7 business days. NEAR HOLIDAY CANCELLATIONS: If guest “stay” is within 3 days (before or after) a national holiday, entire reservation will be forfeited. No shows will not receive a refund. IN CASE OF SUDDEN ILLNESSES OR ACCIDENTS: If a guests must vacate their campsite owing to a sudden illness or accident, or become incapacitated, emergency contacts on their registration record will be informed immediately. Their rig may remain on their site until their recorded departure date is reached. After that time, we will move the rig to storage ($10 per day storage fee). Said rig may remain in storage for up to 60 days. We will help assist our guest/s with reasonable arrangements for their rig after the 60 day period. NOTE: No refund for early departure.
Firearms and drugs are strictly prohibited in the Park. This includes all guns including air soft, BB and pellet guns.Violators will be asked to leave the Park immediately.
Covered wood and/or charcoal fire pits and propane camp-fire pits are permitted in the A section or Phase I of the park. Propane fire pits are allowed in section B or Phase II of the Park (no wood fires allowed in the primitive area but charcoal grills are permitted). Un-attended fires are not permitted. Please feel free to barbeque within the boundaries of your site. It is the Guest’s responsibility to be aware of all state and local burn ban ordinances. Fireworks are not allowed at any time.
Country Life RV Parks & Services LLC is not responsible for personal property damages, personal injury, or losses of any cause. Guests agree to carry and maintain in full force and effect adequate property and liability insurance on any vehicle or RV brought into the Park. SEMI-ANNUAL/ANNUAL GUESTS: Background checks are required for the safety of all of our park guests.
At the present time, Country Life RV Parks does not offer laundry facilities. Plans to add laundry facilities are in place. Both Jamestown to the north on Hwy 127 and Crossville to the south on Hwy 127 offer large and modern laundromats. For convenience, campers may hang hand-washed or machine washed items on a fixed laundry rack attached to their RV’s ladder. We will have clotheslines available next to our quaint shed, which is in front of the pond. Please use the park's clotheslines as laundered items cannot be “hung out” to dry outside of your RV except for items hung on fixed clothes arms at the back of your rig. We strive to offer an aesthetically pleasing country-life experience and appreciate the help of our campers and residents in maintaining the beauty of the park.
We do not accept mail or packages at the Park for liability reasons. Guests must have a P.O. Box for mail and FedEx and UPS deliveries must go to the Guest’s assigned site. Please do not go online and forward mail to Country Life RV Parks & Services, as we are a commercial address and your mail can never be unforwarded. The Clarkrange Post Office is just 2 miles from the park on State Rd. 62 and they are quite helpful and friendly.
Entrance to the campground constitutes permission to Country Life RV Parks to photograph park visitors and guests and use resulting pictures for promotional purposes without payment to guests or visitors. The owners will, from time to time, update the park's website with photographs of individuals and their rigs for the purpose of promoting camping at Country Life RV Parks only. Said photographs will never be used for any other purposed or shared with anyone.
You are always welcome to walk throughout the park, enjoy our small and restful park with a view of Lillypad, our 13’ “canned ham” vintage pull-behind travel trailer. She is occasionally rented for special events. We bought her in Indiana and brought her to Florida for renovation where we had a shop and home. We also have a 2000 Monaco La Palma 36’ A Class that is available to rent. She is also considered a vintage RV as she is now 22 years old. Her name is Miss Money Penny. We love our vintage cars and RVs as you will see. Have your picture made in front of our “toys” if you please. Our quiet time runs from 10 pm to 7am every day and observe the privacy of fellow guests and their campsite.
Guests are allowed to have two vehicles per site, including a tow vehicle and trailer. For any special requests, please contact us directly. Washing RVs, tow vehicles, or personal vehicles is prohibited.

Dale and Sarah, Eric and I really enjoyed visiting with you this past weekend. It was so interesting for us to learn about Mennonite culture. The family wedding you attended sounded so warm and loving. We hope to see you again when you come down to visit Muddy Pond. We really appreciate your very kind review.
