I agree with the other review. This place has potential but the owners are disgruntled men. They portray themselves when calling for reservations and at check in as compete model staff but don’t believe that. They are aweful men. They deceitfully surveillance you the entire time you’re there. They target certain people and create havoc and chaos for them. You could stay there and not have an issue but then again you may become their victim. It’s not worth it. They are very odd and their behavior isn’t stable. Be careful everyone. Protect your peace and lives.

Campground Response

Hey, Juli! You booked 3-tent sites for 4-nights with your brother and another friend. You set up your tents on Thursday, checked-in and, unfortunately it began to rain around 2:30. Sometime afterwards, you wanted a full refund for all four nights, which we would not do. You then called the sheriff because you wanted to the sheriff to intervene; however, he made it clear it was not within his purview so you and your party left around 4:40PM. All of your diatribe is due to circumstances beyond our control (rain) and your unfortunate comportment. Our reviews, and our yearly KOA President Award speak for themselves. We obviously weren't a good fit for you and your party, and wish you safe travels ahead.

Terrible, Terrible customer service!! Scott one of the owners Jacked $148 of a $217 dollar stay for a deposit. They love to brag about their great (in house) KOA reviews on the KOA sight, What a Joke! take a look at the MANY MANY poor reviews on any of the review sights and you will see the pattern of abuse! As of 9/21/21 YELP has 9 0f 20 on the first 2 pages alone THATS AN F ANYWHERE, at the bottom of the last review on the first page it will say 12 more reviews not recommended, read those your gonna love them!! When they answered my review of Corse they left out ALL the key pieces of my cancelation to make it look like it was within their policies, It was not. Scott is clearly a angry person.

Campground Response

We're sorry to hear that you were frustrated. As it clearly states in our policy that you agreed to when you booked your reservation, cancellations for Holiday Weekends must take place before 7 days of the reservation date or you forfeit your deposit. This policy is also written on both our website and the confirmation email you received when you booked your stay. We understand your frustration and do wish you safe travels wherever you may go

I could not find one "bad" spot. We had a very nice wide FHU, pull through space. All spaces are gravel but well maintained and level. Staff was friendly and store was well stocked. We did not have an opportunity to try the restaurant or pool. If we are ever back this way I would stay here again. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
