Secure, quiet and serene Riverfront RV Resort with grassy sites and over 190 mature shade trees. Only 3 miles East of the 99 Fwy. Some sites over 8,000 square feet.36 riverfront sites with their own private beach. Boat launch ramp. Security gated. All RV sites have 30 and 50 amp electricity. WiFi available. Very popular on the rally group circuit with large clubhouse and fitness center. Bathrooms have granite counters and limestone tile floors and showers. A family resort for over 50 years. Home of the Annual "Flat Bottom Boogie" and Boat Show. Pets restricted by breed. Dog park onsite.

Vehicle Policy

Guests must provide Proof of Insurance & Current Registration for ALL Vehicles and Vessels.

Speed Limit in the resort is 5 MPH

ATV's, dirt bikes and other types of powered scooters may not be ridden in the Resort.

Pet Policy

Due to insurance and safety purposes, we will NOT allow, nor admit dogs of the following breeds: Pit Bulls, Chows, Rottweilers and Dobermans, nor any mixture there of.

All dogs MUST remain on a 6ft. or shorter leash and/or locked kennel at all times.

Pets shall not be left alone or unattended in the Resort.

No exotic or farm animals or reptiles of any variety.

All pets must have current immunizations and proof must be provided
