Elevated at over 7,400 feet and located in the Manzanita Mountains is the Cedro Peak Group Campground. Get ready for excellent trails which serial visitors to the campground love to hike. Campers can also enjoy activities such as ATV-riding, mountain biking, canoeing, fishing, and horseback riding, and since the park is close to Albuquerque, there's tons of museums and historical sites within a short drive of the campus. Some popular attractions include: Sandia Peak Tramway, Albuquerque Biological Park, Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta and Grand Canyon.
Campsite amenities offered include a clubhouse, swimming pool, and 80 miles of trails. It also includes all your basic amenities like restrooms with hot showers and laundry facilities. It also features full hookup group campsites that can house a total of 100 people and 27 vehicles. The park offers free WiFi and but doesn't allow pets.
