Permanent or Semi-permanent fixtures including but not limited to, sheds, porches, fences, walkways, or similar appurtenances shall not be installed. Skirting, blocking up,or tying down recreational vehicles is not permitted.
RVs shall be well maintained and kept in a clean and neat condition. RVs 15 years and older are allowed ONLY at the sole discreation of the RV manager. RVs shall not have window air conditioning units. RVs must be in good repair and free from leaks, exposed wiring, rust, etc. RVs must have all equipment required to lawfully travel on the road in the State of Utah.
The speed limit within the Resort is 10 MPH. No motor bikes, all-terrain vehicles, motorized scooters, golf carts, or other motorized vehicles shall be driven on the grounds by an unlicensed driver.
The maximum number of guests is 6 but for immediate family is up to 8 guests per site.
Designated campsites are limited to 1 recreational vehicle or camper and 1 tow or haul vehicle. Tents of any kind, school buses, and bus conversions are not allowed without express written permission of the manager. All vehicles must be parked in the designated parking area within the campsite. Additional and/or visitor vehicles, trailers, and car dollies, if allowed, are to be parked according to the direction of manager.
Quiet time is from 11:00 pm. to 6:00 am. Please be considerate of all other guests in the park. Parties are strictly prohibited.
Registered guests shall be responsible for placing all trash and debris in a dumpster or designated trash receptacle. Trash shall NOT be left outside overnight. Prior to exiting or vacating the resort, all trash and debris shall be removed from the Campsite.
A maximum collective total of 3 domesticated dogs and cats are authorized on the grounds of the Resort per Campsite and shall be leashed at all times. Aggressive animals, including those with any history of biting people or other animals are NOT permitted. Wolf hybrids are not permitted. Pets are NOT to be left unattended at any time. While on the grounds, pets may be walked, however guests shall be responsible for the immediate and proper clean-up and disposal of their and their visitors pets waste. Constant barking or other disruption by pets is not permitted. Damaged caused by pets will be charged to the guest as stated in the sole discretion of the Resort manager. Pets are not to be hooked to tables, fences, or trees.
Self-contained BBQ grills are permissible and may not be left unattended. Open flame campfires are only allowed in designated fire puts as provided/approved by manager.

Cove Fort Historical Center
Cove Fort served as an important way station for travelers, the Pony Express and Telegraph lines. Today they are open for tours. They have lots of artifacts and history for everyone.
Fishlake National Forest.
The National Forest offers a variety of recreation opportunities including fishing, hunting, hiking, horseback riding, rock hounding and you can’t forget off-highway vehicle riding.
Meadow Hot Springs
Take a dip in some hot springs located 15 miles away. There are 3 pots and each pot is a different temperature so you are sure to find one you like. They are located on private land so please use responsibly.
Lava Tubes
There are 4 caves to explore along with some great views of the Black rock desert from the top of Tabernacle hill.
Frisco Ghost town
32 miles to see the ghost town and Cemetery. Take your time and explore the remains of houses and other structures.
U-Dig
Take a trip to U-Dig fossils and take home your own fossil. Get a second dig in for the day and stop at Topaz Mountain and find some gems.
