Caravan RV

Rent due promptly no later than 1 st of each month, cash, check or card. Make all checks out to “Caravan RV LLC” $5 late fee will be charge per day starting 2 nd. Lease termination will be in effect starting 8 th of month

► Do not leave trash on site

► Dumpsters are located in the park

►All pets must be on a leash and contained by owner at all times

►You must always clean up after your pet

►Any barking dogs must be attended to in order to keep from disturbing others

►Do not tie pets to electric pedestals or trees

►Do not leave pets outside your RV unattended

►Loud music or TV loud enough to hear outside is not permissible

► Please pickup after your pet and keep on leash while outside

► You are required to use a quality surge protector before plugging in electric. Park owners

and/or management are not responsible for damages.► You must use the screw in adapter when hooking up to the sewer

► Do not park in the grass

► No clothes lines

► Running Generators are prohibited at any time

► Washing vehicles or RV is not permitted

►Report any accidents to the manager immediately 417-207-7134

Discharging of firearm and/or fireworks are strictly prohibited

Check-in time 12 pm, and Check out time is 11am If you need more time, you must let us know ASAP as space maybe limited
