To protect our campground and the environment, all guests must follow these wastewater disposal rules: Gray water and black water must be discharged only into approved sewer connections or designated dump stations. Dumping wastewater on the ground, into ditches, storm drains, the lake, or any unauthorized area is strictly prohibited. All sewer connections must be secure and leak-free while connected. Use only RV-safe toilet paper and approved RV holding tank chemicals. Do not flush wipes (including "flushable" wipes), paper towels, feminine hygiene products, diapers, grease, food waste, or other non-biodegradable materials into the sewer system. Immediately report any sewer leaks, spills, or damaged connections to campground management. Guests are responsible for any cleanup costs or damages resulting from improper wastewater disposal. Improper disposal of wastewater may result in immediate removal from the campground without a refund and may be subject to fines or penalties as allowed by law.
To help maintain a safe and enjoyable campground, please follow these vehicle rules: The campground speed limit is 5 MPH at all times. Operate vehicles only on designated roads and parking areas. Driving or parking on grass is prohibited. All vehicles must be properly licensed, registered, insured, and in operating condition. Park only at your assigned campsite or in designated parking areas. Vehicle repairs, oil changes, washing, or maintenance are not permitted on campground property. Golf carts, ATVs, UTVs, minibikes, dirt bikes, and other off-road vehicles are not permitted unless specifically authorized by campground management. Drivers must possess a valid driver's license where required by law. Reckless driving, excessive noise, burnouts, or unnecessary vehicle use is strictly prohibited. Campground management reserves the right to restrict or remove any vehicle that creates a safety hazard or violates campground rules. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their vehicles. Violations of this policy may result in removal from the campground without a refund.
Check-In & Check-Out Policy To help us prepare campsites and accommodations for all guests, please observe the following times: RV Campsite Check-In: 12:00 PM RV Campsite Check-Out: 11:00 AM Cabin Check-In: 3:00 PM Cabin Check-Out: 11:00 AM Additional Information: Early check-in and late check-out may be available only with prior approval and may be subject to additional fees. Guests who remain past check-out time without approval may be charged an additional night's stay. Please ensure your campsite is clean and all personal belongings are removed before departure. If you plan to arrive after office hours, please contact campground management in advance so we can make arrangements for your arrival.
The safety of our guests is our top priority. Please observe the following rules during your stay: In case of an emergency, call 911 immediately, then notify campground management as soon as possible. The campground speed limit is 5 MPH. Watch carefully for children, pets, pedestrians, and wildlife. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. No Swimming in the lake. Fish responsibly and use caution around the lake, docks, and shoreline, which may become slippery. Do not climb on fences, utility equipment, trees, or other campground structures. Report any unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, or utility issues to campground management immediately. Tampering with electrical pedestals, water connections, sewer hookups, or other campground utilities is strictly prohibited. Open flames are permitted only in designated fire rings and must never be left unattended. Fireworks, explosives, and hazardous materials are prohibited. Be aware of changing weather conditions and seek shelter during severe weather. Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their family members, visitors, and pets while on campground property. Canyon Land RV Park is not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Guests assume all risks associated with outdoor recreation and use of campground facilities.
To ensure all guests can enjoy a peaceful stay, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily. During quiet hours: Please keep voices, music, televisions, and other noise at a respectful level. Generators are not permitted unless approved by campground management. Avoid unnecessary vehicle traffic. If you must arrive or leave during quiet hours, please do so quietly. Respect your fellow campers by keeping noise to a minimum at all times. Excessive noise or repeated violations of quiet hours may result in a warning or removal from the campground without a refund.
We welcome well-behaved pets at Canyon Land RV Park! To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, please follow these rules: Pets must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet whenever outside your RV or cabin. Pets may not be left unattended outside at any time. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets immediately. Please dispose of waste in designated trash receptacles. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or pets that create a disturbance will not be permitted. Pets are not allowed to roam freely throughout the campground. Guests are responsible for any injury or damage caused by their pets. Pets must be current on all vaccinations as required by law. Please be respectful of other guests, and do not allow pets onto occupied campsites without permission. Management reserves the right to require the removal of any pet that is aggressive, disruptive, or poses a safety concern. Failure to follow the pet policy may result in removal of the pet or termination of your stay without a refund.
To help ensure the safety and convenience of all guests, please observe the following parking rules: Park only at your assigned campsite or in designated parking areas. Do not park on grass, roadways, or vacant campsites without prior approval from campground management. Keep all roads, fire lanes, and utility access areas clear at all times. Each campsite includes parking for one RV and one passenger vehicle unless otherwise approved by management. Additional vehicles or trailers must be approved by campground management and may be subject to additional fees. All vehicles must display valid registration and be in operating condition. Vehicle repairs, oil changes, or maintenance work are not permitted within the campground. The speed limit throughout the campground is 5 MPH to help protect guests, children, and pets. Vehicles parked in violation of these rules may be subject to towing at the owner's expense.
To ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for all guests: Smoking, vaping, and the use of all tobacco or nicotine products are prohibited inside all campground buildings and rental accommodations, including the cabin, bathhouse (when open), and any other indoor facilities. Smoking is permitted only at your campsite and must be done responsibly. Please dispose of cigarette butts and smoking materials in appropriate containers. Do not throw them on the ground, in fire pits, or into the lake. Smoking is prohibited where it creates a fire hazard or during any local burn ban or as directed by campground management. Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning costs caused by smoking. Please be courteous of neighboring campers and avoid allowing smoke to drift into nearby campsites. Failure to comply with this policy may result in additional cleaning fees, damage charges, or removal from the campground without a refund.
To keep Canyon Land RV Park clean, safe, and operating properly: Campground staff may enter your campsite at reasonable times to perform necessary maintenance, repairs, landscaping, utility work, inspections, or emergency services. We will make every effort to notify guests in advance whenever possible; however, immediate access may be necessary in emergencies or to protect campground property and utilities. Please keep your site reasonably clean and free of items that may interfere with maintenance or mowing. Guests may not perform repairs, modifications, or alterations to campground utilities, pedestals, water connections, sewer connections, or other campground property. Please report any maintenance issues or utility problems to the campground office as soon as possible so they can be addressed promptly.
For the safety of all guests, glass containers are not permitted anywhere in the campground, including campsites, lake areas, roads, and common areas.
Campfires permitted only in designated fire rings or fire pits. Never leave a fire unattended. An adult must be present at ALL times. Keep fires small and manageable. Fully extinguish your fire with water before leaving your campsite or going to bed. Campfires may be restricted or prohibited during dty weather, high winds, or local burn bans. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by unattended or improperly managed fires.
Place trash at end of your campsite. Please do not forget any belongings.
