Rules

Minimum/maximum length of stay

There is no maximum length of stay. We are best suited for long term. Minimum stay would be two month.

Vehicle Restrictions

No more than two vehicles. No semi truck at all. All vehicles must stay in parking areas and not drive on other areas of the lot. All vehicles must be registered and running.

RV age

There are no age restrictions, but all RV's must be in good repair and approved by management.

Pet Rules

Cactus RV allows no more than 2 pets 20lbs or less in size with prior approval. No Pit Bulls, Rottweiler's or any aggressive animals. Pets must be confined to your space and not be a nuisance. They are your responsibility period.

Check-in/Check-out

Please call the Park Manager Becky at 325-653-1144 to arrange for move in and check out. She lives in #24 at the Park.

Deposit Policy

We require 1st month and a $200 deposit before move in.
