A fun and relaxing time in a gorgeous country setting! Our goal is to create a park which will ensure a satisfying travel experience, that will not only attract snowbirds traveling to and fro, but a weekend getaway for families seeking lake fun or just time to be together. We are located midway between Oklahoma City, OK and Dallas, TX at Exit 24. Easy off and on I-35, then .8 mile east. Entrance to Lake Murray is 1½ miles east of our park. As a family-owned operation, we take pride in providing you and your family a fun and relaxing time in a gorgeous country setting, AND it is available all year around!

Our facility has 90 large pull-thru sites to accommodate Big Rigs, plus 38 back-in sites. All of our guests enjoy full hook-ups, 30/50A, concrete pads with grass yards, free Wi-Fi, and Cable TV at each site! All park roads are paved.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

There is a standard 24-hour cancellation policy & 48 hour cancellation policy for holidays and groups.

A one-night deposit is required to book a nightly or weekly stay.

A two-night deposit is required for holiday weekend stays.

If you have to cancel for any reason, at any time, there will be a CANCELLATION FEE of $25.00.

If you cancel within the 24-hours of check-in for a regular reservation or 48-hours of a reservation over the holidays you will lose your one night deposit.

Refusal of Service

Management reserves the right to refuse service or enforce the removal of any guest for any reason.

Speed Limit

Speed limit is 10 MPH!

Quiet Hours

Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, loud music or noises are prohibited during this time.

Dirt Bikes and ATV's

Dirt bikes and four wheelers are not allowed in the park unless they are street legal and your site can accommodate them (they do count as a vehicle).

Cleanliness and Consideration

RV's must stay well maintained during your stay. Washing your RV is encouraged. Keep your site clean; do not allow excess clutter outside your unit. Storage cabinets are permitted with written approval from the office. Swimming pools, clothing lines, exercise equipment and fridges/freezers are not permitted. Tents, Canopies and Screened Rooms are not permitted.

Respect and Courtesy

Respect other guest's privacy, do not walk or drive through any sites.

Fire Rules

Fire pits are permitted on concrete & covered. They must be completely out before being unattended. (Permitted if we are not under a burn ban)

Trash Rules

There are dumpsters as you enter and exit the property. Outside garbage cans are not permitted.

Valet trash hours are daily from 8am-10am- Please set at the end of your site, only during those hours.

Parking

Do not park on the grass, or block the road. Do not park in empty sites. We have parking available at the laundry facilities and up front by the office.

Yard Decorations

Yard decorations must be minimal and not interfere with the maintenance of the site. Everything must stay off the grass!

Additional Vehicles

Parking is limited to 2 vehicles per site, if there is room. Utility/Cargo trailers are not permitted on

the RV sites. We do have extra storage available.

Boats and Recreational Trailers

Boats and other recreational trailers may not be parked on sites or driveways. The office will offer

suggestions and grant permission for parking. Storage areas are available. Contact the Office.

Campground Facilities

Campground facilities are to benefit all guests, help keep them clean. We have campground surveillance for your safety.

Liability

By The Lake RV Park shall not be held liable for personal injuries or property damage caused or

permitted by any guests or visitors. This does not waive "Owner's/Management's duty to care" to

prevent personal injury or property damage where the duty is imposed by the law.

Guests

Guests who visit overnight must register with the office.

Pet Policy

Aggressive pets are not permitted. A $25.00 fee will be charged if you do not pick up after your pet. Pets must remain on a leash and attended by an adult at all times. Dog pens are not allowed on

full time basis. Any stray pets will be turned over to the county's Animal Control Department. Use the dog park with respect; make sure to honor other pet's space and to pick up after your dog.
