The park is small, but beautiful. The live oak trees are starting to get really big. The owners are nice as are most of the tenants who live here. There have been a few reports of theft or people getting into any kind of fights or anything. Being a thriving business, as is expected, there have been disgruntled customers in the past at times who try to take advantage and cause problems. But, the owners try to be honest and fair with everyone. What goes for 1 customer goes for all customers.

The owner is a liar & is just trying to get rich ripping people off. She's nosey & she over charges you if you aren't her favorite.

This park is really neat! They have a lot of great things! The location is almost perfect as you have some really great museums close by, or you don’t have to leave and go horseback riding through some woods (which was so much fun). The park was riddles with beauty, ponds with flowers all around, or how the restrooms were speckles and the other utilities were nice and orderly. The laundry room was as expected and yet not in any way disappointing. Average price for wash and dry but at least it was all maintained and tidy! Overall this was a great place to spend the day, or night. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
