Brooks RV Park is the safest RV Park in the Louisville area, its beautifully landscaped; with 77 all full hook-up RV sites, and located just 1.8 miles from I-65! We are the only RV Park in Louisville Kentucky with creek front and or concrete pad sites. We are conveniently and centrally located for easy access to all Louisville, KY has to offer. Far enough away from the Freeway so there is no road noise. There are 2 nice golf courses within 3 miles. South Park Country Club and The Crossings Golf Courses are adjacent to the park. We are located near shopping, restaurants, Churchill Downs, Downtown Louisville, the bourbon distillery trail, and many other attractions. Many are less than 8 miles away.

Daily rates for full hookup starting at $35-$45 a night, weekly starting at $220-$275, and monthly rates start at $445 and go up to $695 for the preferred creek front with concrete pad sites. We also offer over-sized, pull through sites, and a combo of creek front concrete pad, oversized, hill side, and pull through sites. (All rates include tax and electric except our monthly). All sites include water, sewer, dumpster service on lot 62, lawn care and monitored security cameras in beautiful and very Safe Park. All sites are 50 amp, and we have 50 to 30 amp adapters for sale for a $20 fee. Currently Wi-Fi is broadcast and available near the center lot 50.

Come and enjoy the beautiful new landscaping in this Resort like RV Park with a creek. The park has paved roads, and this is a big rig park that can handle coaches as large as 50 feet. Because we are conveniently located in the greater Louisville metropolitan area, please know there is a nearby train track that comes by a few times a day, but you get used to it, and we are only 8 miles from the Louisville International airport, but there is no freeway noise which can be very loud. We do not have bath or shower houses, or a pool, but we do have credit card laundry facilities on site. There are showers within 2 miles at the Pilot gas station on I-65.

We strive to offer excellent customer service, so please feel free to call if you have any issues! We have an on-site Assistant Manager. Annie’s Office Barn is located at the back of Lot 50, and you can reach her after you arrive by calling (502) 276-6090, or look for Annie doing landscaping in the park. For long term RV guests only, we require RVs to be 10 years or newer and a free application. We do give variances to some Airstream and restored classic RVs with a picture pre-approval by Management. We love our long term RV guest! We are open all year long, and we welcome full timers to come stay with us!

We love to hear from our guests. Please feel free to send feedback to Scott and Dana, the owners, by emailing info@brooksrvpark.com .  This helps us provide you with a fantastic guest experience. Make this your home away from home, whether you are exploring the many attractions in the Louisville area or if you are visiting for work.

We are just 10-15 minutes from Louisville's main restaurant zone with Cheddars, Red Lobster, O'Charlies, Appleby's, Texas Roadhouse... you name it on the outer loop of Louisville. Crossroads 18 hole golf course is just catty corner to our park.  We are 3 miles from beautiful Jefferson Memorial Park where it is a must to drive around and see the Gatlinburg like environment! There is Salt River tubing and water sports just 5 miles south of us. The bourbon trial is nearby as well as other attractions in the Greater Louisville, KY area.

Forgot a few things besides all the noise pollution from UPS flying over constantly and CRX blowing their horn 11 3230 and 4:30 AM every day you have a rock quarry that likes to crush rocks Sunday through Saturday late into the evening in the summer with a profuse odor of asphalt every evening you have the gun range that is the most polluted park I've ever seen in my life but you get used to it don't get me wrong here's a follow up in my rent from seven $35-$925 no matter what I said it was gonna stick she wanted me out . This is how shitty she is tells me that my rent is $925 after 30 days rather I liked it or not as soon as I moved out someone moved in for $695 A month all because I said girl quit acting like your hair is on fire that's exactly what happened when I raked for swoops of gravel the wrong way the girls hair was on fire the world was coming to an end cause all that trouble for nothing 13 316 are still sitting where they were sitting when I lived there all this because I was supposed to know that she was gonna move them over 3 feet and yet it has not happened going through a divorce just wanted to come and make everybody else miserable that she did thank God she went home . Happy camping Brooks RV it finally went home

I moved into Brooks Rv Park in January 2024 from January 2024 until about the middle of May was fantastic. I met a lovely lady named Annie she is the park assistant manager she has a big country heart and the accent to go with it those five months I have to say we're doable after selling my home 20 years my husband and I decided to get on the RV LIFE . Missing our home I found comfort from Annie she made me feel welcome almost like family. I was offered a job and landscaping the area worked my tail off every day. Really enjoyed what I was doing in fact I loved making a difference in the park I wasn't the only one that lived there there was many more of us I wanted them to feel the way I did when I pulled in I worked hard. then one day in late May one of the old owners to say I don't need the name and name everybody knows who I'm talking about decided she was going to live in her RV for four we're five months and terrorize everyone. And that she did . I didn't know it then but I know now that everyone that had come before me was treated the exact same way I was about to be treated needless to say I had no idea what was coming out working digging up rocks to build these Hollywood islands she wanted so badly I don't care what you did nothing was going to her nor was she going to be satisfied if it wasn't her Idea Well then it wasn't an idea. she doesn't know how to talk to anyone she talks down to you like you were just a dirtbag they're living in her park that she's got priced like you're living in a condominium on the river needless to say after a few more months I was finally accused of stealing six hours. Isn't that some bullshit then after taking six hours from me she offered them back if I would clean up the overspray and the shitty ass trailer that was parked next to my RV still today still sitting there dump nothing waiting to happen. Well fortunately for me I told her to keep her six hours and that's what Got the ball rolling next thing you know she's sending Annie down to pick up the John Deere no big deal cleaned it up handed it over couple days Later Annie comes down with a notice from the dingdong bitch herself says you've got 30 days your rent is going from $735-$925 she's so lucky I have grown up a lot because I would've handed that bitch her ass right then and there but I didn't 30 days came and went I wanted to stay but my husband was reluctant to give that bitch one more dime. I had a beautiful yard kept it mowed cherry tree bear grass lots of flowers you know what I dug all my shit up and I left 30 days later when door closes another door open . I wish I had some honest things to say about Brooks Rv Park but the only thing good about Brooks Rv Park the hard-working people that live in it and the assistant manager that runs it you look at them they're gonna raise your rent so I didn't take her to court for discrimination but she ain't worth my time she ain't even got enough brains to find the courthouse Anyways Brooks Rv Park a decent place to live but not for the price so much more out there for your money charges people Creekside prices and the creek doesn't even belong to the park not only that it's polluted full of snakes covered by overgrown grasses and infested full of mosquitoes but that cost you extra because they want beachfront give me a break . People want beachfront they'll park their RVs on the Ohio or somewhere like Florida or Mexico there's no beachfront at Brooks Rv Park just FYI .but you'll never find a lady like Annie she's the best she's my friend and so are a lot of the other people that live there the park is filled with really good people especially since dingdong went back to Florida .....🤣 Needless to say the park is ran by a good lady owned by some real piece of shit Sincerely former resident Pearl Coole...

We stayed here last year in July and will be staying here again this July. We didn't stay in the park long as we were out and about. But reading some of the bad reviews is just sad. Yes there are trains...not many. Yes there are planes...again only one night we heard a bunch but only for a bit. I guess I tolerate more than others. The place is beautify manicured and Annie does a great job maintaining the place. And I did feel safe staying there.

I am giving this RV Park a 5 star rating. Excellent park manager (Annie). I have been told that this park is the safest park in the area...I believe that with a gun club that is in very close proximity. I am planning on a return to this park.

It’s not what is says. The train whistle starts every morning at 4:20 and goes all day. The cargo airport is terrible those planes go right over the campground all day from 4am till 11 pm. No piece there at all. One time planes, trains and grass tractor going at same time. The park is not what is in pictures. No again. Anne was the bomb!

Campground Response

This is complete lies, and this person likely didn't stay with us! We are a beautiful. full hookup RV park close to I-65 in a very nice and safe neighborhood of Louisville, Ky. Nobody believes we have trains, planes, and lawn mowers going 24/7 - that would be impossible. Only 3 or 4 days a week we have trains go by about 400 yards away from the park and only a few times in a 24 hour day. Not true about the planes either. We do tell every guest about the train track and Lou airport being 8 miles N of us. The pics are taken by other guest as well as the park, so they are of our park. It looks better in the summer with the colorful flowering trees, green grass, and bushes, but it is Brooks RV Park in the pictures.

Don’t stay here. Sorry, but 40 of the 60 spots are horribly unlevel. Grass is overgrown, septic is running in a ditch, so very loud, cars fly through the park, dogs are always trying to attack you. I can only feel sorry for the 70 year old female manager- as the owners are penny pinchers that live in California and need to spend some money on this place.

Campground Response

This has to be a competitor. Nothing is true. We have over 80 full hookup RV sites that are level, and some of our sites are concrete pad sites. The grass and landscaping are beautifully maintained (see pics). No viscous breeds or attack dogs are allowed and this is strictly enforced. The safety of our guests is our #1 concern, and we are located in a very safe exclusive neighborhood which is rare in Louisville, Ky! Almost all of the money this park makes goes back into it, and we pay our staff much more than a living wage. Please come see it for yourselves. We are just 1.8 miles from I-65 at the Brooks exit 121. Your GPS will take you right to us 205 Sarver Lane Brooks, KY 40109

I have visited family here and everyone seems nice in the park. They have a small laundry facility, which is nice. It is very beautiful here in the summer when all the flowers are in bloom. I come here at least once or twice a year.

I have lived here for 5years and I would not stay anywhere else. The people here are friendly and nice. I have seen a lot of improvement in the last couple of year. It getting better all the time.

Good location and well maintained. On-site management is very friendly. Airport noise and railroad crossing close, but you get used to the noise. Better than being close to a highway with trunks engine breaking all night!

This is not a bad place to stay. It is conveniently located just outside of city limits. You are not staying at the Ritz carlton in this camp ground but you are in a safe environment will full hookups.

People were nice and helpful but this place needs an overhaul which they are fixing to do.

Campground Response

Thank you Yvonne, we have done a lot in this park over the past 10 years including removing dozens of mobile homes and creating nice RV sites. The 6 homes that are left on this 10 acre park all have really nice custom interiors, and we are moving them out as we can.

The place is a dump. Wi-fi is the only ammenitie and it is so weak you can't get on. The grass had not been cut in weeks. Train whistles all night since it is .25 miles from a railroad crossing not to mention it is in the flight path for louisville int. airport. Ups lands and takes off all day long. The maintenance man is invisible, never saw him guess there was nothing for him to do. No upgrades since it was built. Mostly all mobile homes with some live in campers mixedi in. I would 't recommend this place as a dog park.

Campground Response

We are 90% RV sites, we have newer roads, landscaping, and a new lawn care company that really makes our park look like a resort and keeps it that way. There are a few mobile homes that are well taken care of and resident are screened extremely to the point that only 50% of applicants are approved. Only the best, nicest, and honest people are allowed to stay in this park. Some people just don't like seeing any mobile homes, and they are mostly all gone. All the pictures on the website are recent pictures of this park. We are only 1.8 miles from I-65 at the Brooks exit, and we are the only RV park in the area with concrete pad sites and creek front sites.
