Camping and Water Related Activities Wavier

I understand the rules and rental conditions upon which I am renting accommodations, equipment and using the rest of the associated property … lodging and camping and use of the swimming/bathing facilities. The sole responsibility for my safety lies with me. In agreeing to this, I acknowledge that outdoor and water activities and exposure to the natural elements and animals can be dangerous and sometime result in injury and even death. Water facilities contain inherent risks, animals and insects can threaten and infect or injure, exposure to the elements can cause hypothermia, sunburn, among other risks inherent in participating in camping, outdoor and water activities. Alcohol and/or drugs do not mix safely with any outdoor activity. I certify that I am over the age of 18 (and assume responsibility for those in my charge under the age of 18). I hereby assume all legal responsibility for bodily injury to myself or any other person and property as a result of my visit to Bobcat Creek RV Park and use, operation or possession of equipment hired or loaned to me. Acknowledging this, I accept complete responsibility for myself and the minor children in my charge and visit Bobcat Creek RV Park and associated properties and engage in activities or events at Bobcat Creek RV Park at my own risk. I will abide by the rules and accept the rental conditions: I. - The property I rent will be returned in the same condition in which it was rented, and I will be responsible for all damage or loss that occurs during my rental period. II. - I agree to hold harmless and to indemnify Bobcat Creek RV Park and its directors and officers, against all loss, damage, expense and penalty on account of personal injury or property damage to the undersigned or to any minor child or children in the charge of the undersigned, howsoever rising, whether by act or acts or failure to act of the employees or animals of the said company or not. III. - I acknowledge receipt of the property in good order and condition and further agree that Bobcat Creek RV Park and its board of directors, officers and staff shall not be liable for consequential damages of any kind or nature from whatever cause arising, whether property or equipment is loaned or rented. IV. - I enter into agreement freely with Bobcat Creek RV Park at my own risk, acknowledging the risks inherent in outdoor and river activities and assume any and all responsibility for myself and the minor children in my charge. V. - All parties agree to and will comply with Federal, State and County pollution laws and any other applicable laws and regulations.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Full refund less $10 service fee if cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival date. No refunds if cancelled less than 48 hours before arrival date.

CHILDREN

CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES.

SITE RULES

SITES MUST BE KEPT NICE AND TIDY. NO TARPS. RV'S MUST BE KEPT IN GOOD CONDITION.NO OUTSIDE FREEZERS OR REFRIGERATORS OR WINDOW A/C UNITS . NO MAJOR AUTO/RV REPAIR. USE 30 OR 50 AMP SERVICE , NOT BOTH. WHEN RUNNING A/C CLOSE YOUR DOORS AND WINDOWS. NO SPACE HEATERS. NO LOUD PARTIES. NO ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING.

SPEED LIMIT

SPEED LIMIT IN PARK IS 5 MPH. NO DRIVING OR PARKING ON GRASS.

QUITE HOURS

QUITE HOURS ARE 9 PM TO 7 AM 7 DAYS A WEEK. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OTHER CAMPERS DURING THESE HOURS.

PET RESTRICTIONS

NO AGGRESIVE PETS OF ANY KIND. DOGS MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES. PETS MUST BE PICKED AFTER AND WASTE PUT IN DUMPSTER. NO CONTINUOUSLY BARKING DOGS. PLEASE DO NOT STAKE OUT DOGS.

Nice park, level gravel sites with shade for many. Owners are friendly and helpful, they had a little doggy bag full of treats for our pet when we checked in. And the broasted chicken is the best I've had in quite some time - be sure to get you some delivered to your site for supper!

Great RV Park owners helpful and gracious. Nice dog park, level parking, laundry services and quite. Shade trees present. We decided only to stay 2 nights instead of three and was reimbursed for our 3rd day.

Excellent campground!! We would definitely camp at Bobcat Creek again. The staff are very kind and helpful. The store is excellent and features a gas/diesel station with great prices. The grounds are beautiful and our spot was perfect. We took a nice walk on the beautiful walking path. Thanks Bobcat Creek!

This was a great spot just off the highway with no highway noise. We only stayed one night because of our travels west, but we would definitely stay here again. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Full service convenience store with everything you need. We were escorted to our site and found it level with beautiful green grass our dogs loved. There are some long term campers but the area was very clean and inviting. The broasted chicken dinner they sell to campers was delicious and they even delivered it directly to our site. Thank you Bobcat Creek RV Park for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

We stayed here on our way out to Florida. The owners of the park were super nice and showed us to our site. The sites were level and very well maintained. We did not need to use the laundry facilities, but they were adequate for the park and very clean. We had a beautiful site with mature trees. There was a gas station on the premises and the park offered dinner options. We stayed in our 40 ft fifth wheel and long bed pickup truck with no problems.
