Went to Graceville to see where my dad, Bill, was born (1920) and grew up until WWII. Not a bad place to stay. Site was pretty level and easy to get in to. I expected perpendicular parking then found is was parallel. No problems there since I had the only trailer in the campground. Had trouble finding water because the sign that says "camper water" was obscured by bushes, but all worked out.

Was nice and quiet. Could use more camp sites and bathrooms closer to the campsites but sound like they plan on doing that the kids loved their own private beach behind each site away from the public beach. The signage for the sites could be redone to make it a little less confusing.

Very nice place well kept up and mowed nicely only drawback was the mosquitoes but they are everywhere.

We had our family reunion there. We had 8 campers in a row. Everyone enjoyed being by the lake, even though it had gotten pretty green. The one thing I would like to see is some way to slow down traffic on the highway. Some people just don't obey posted speed limits and went flying by our campers. We had some very young children in our campers. These drivers need to slow down, just like they are driving in a State Park campground. We were excited to see the updates that are planned. Hopefully they will happen soon.

Nice little County Park, very clean and well maintained. Sites are slightly challenging for bigger units. Terrain varies so be ready to take your time getting backed in and set up.

Kathy and I had a great stay at the Toqua park.. Quiet peaceful nights and great scenery 100% of the time.. The area is very clean and grounds are kept up very well..Waa very enjoyable watching the Pelicans swimming along the shore from morning to night... Only complaint is that the boat ramp is in very tough shape, but it appears that a new one is in the process of being built.. Also if anyone is interested, there is a 9 hole golf course right across the road from the park.. We will definitely return for camping again..

The only thing we're the big rocks by shore, I understand why but very difficult for my kids to get to the lake.

I really enjoy this community camp grounds. They keep it neat and clean. One thing that was concerning is that we had reservations for a site. When we arrived we noticed that there was no reservation notice on the post. Meaning the site was open and anyone could have taken the spot.

Some camping spots need to be cleaned up of dead trees, fix broken and wore out picnic tables, also fire rings should be taised up and made level. Also the flies and mosquitos were horrible. Have stayed here alot and nothing seems to have been maintained in a few years.

Beautiful, quiet location and very mellow. Showers are rustic and had no hot water. Limited amenities, but location makes up for it.
