CANCELLATION POLICY

SITES

There is a limit of 4 adults per site, we have a 4 Person Base Rate for RV Spaces. If there will be more than 4 adults, then there is a $25 per additional person charge over 4 people in one trailer. Only 2 vehicles per site the RV counts as one of the vehicles. No parking in unauthorized areas or empty pads. If this rule is not followed, we can and will charge $20 extra per day or ask you to leave. No digging, drilling, augers or driving stakes of any kind anywhere on the property. No decking or portable buildings allowed on property. The sites you are renting are neat, clean and adequate for your recreational vehicle. Please make sure to return the site upon termination or expiration of your site rental agreement in the same condition provided.

RV Park Rules

* RV: No RV older than 10 years. Photo can be sent for prior approval if you have an RV older than 10 years. * FEES: You will be charged automatically for any fees due via your credit card or debit card. * UTILITIES: Water/Sewer and WiFi are included with all rates. * ELECTRIC: The daily and weekly rates include electric. Monthly rates DO NOT include electricity and we will require a $100 deposit for monthly stays. * MONTHLY STAYS: Monthly stays electric usage will be due at the end of each month. We will read meters at the end of the month and bill for the usage plus your next month's stay if your stay will be continuing. If you do not pay on time a $25 late fee will be added to your bill each day, it is late. This will be billed to your card automatically. If the charge does not go through, then the electric boxes will be locked. If you will not be going into the next month then we will take your electric usage and deduct this bill from your electric deposit and refund you the balance left from the deposit. If you've used more than what your deposit can cover then we will run your credit card for the balance. * TRASH: Please throw trash in dumpster, do not leave on ground outside of dumpster. Please dispose of cigarette butt’s property. * BEHAVIOR: We will not tolerate Intoxication, profanity, vandalism or disorderly behavior. * NOISE: Noise ordinance is from 10:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. No loud music during this time. * PARENTS: You are responsible for your children at all times. All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and may not be left unattended anywhere in the park. * No clotheslines allowed * No working on vehicles on site * Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited. * A 90-degree airtight sewer adapter must be used by all residents. The sewer drain hose must be supported off the surface of the ground and all connections must be leak free. * RV's need to be in good condition, "clean" and free of mold at all times. If you do not obey the park rules, you will not be able to stay. No refund of any kind will be provided. Management reserves the right to evict or refuse service to any person who breaks any of these rules without refund. Management reserves the right to refuse anyone. Management reserves the right to make changes to the agreement, rules, regulations and fees when necessary. * LIABILITY: Beach Road RV Park is not responsible for accidents due to fire, theft, wind, flood, personal negligence, acts of God or other unfortunate circumstance. The registered guest is financially responsible for all individuals or pets at their site for any/all damage to the park. * SECURITY: We do have cameras on site and monitor them daily, but Beach Road RV Park is not responsible for any incidents that may happen. No security is provided on site. It is up to you too lock your vehicle, boat, RV, hunting equipment, work equipment and keep other personal property secured.

CHECK IN AND OUT TIME

CHECK IN AT 12 NOON CHECK OUT AT 11 AM IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES YOU MAY BE ABLE TO CHECK IN EARLIER OR CHECK OUT LATER. MUST CALL 979-479-5315 FOR PERMISSION TO DO SO.

Pets:

We have a limit of 2 pets per spot. Owners must maintain control of their pets outside of RV's with pets on leashes at all times. Pets cannot be left tethered outside or in a pen outside unattended at any time. Owners must clean up after their pets immediately, we have dumpsters on site to discard of waste. We have these rules in place to protect the animals and our guest, we want all our guest to have the best time while they're here. Aggressive dogs are not allowed in the park. Dog breed must be shared at time of registration.
