We have stayed at Springhaven 3 different times. This Dec thru February 9th. This year was not appealing at all. The new staff person checked us in and complained she was new and didn’t have us down for check in. Very unfriendly lady throughout our stay. Big change from our other two years. We definitely decided not to buy a park model there. We were told we couldn’t have a key to get our mail and could get it by asking at the desk Mon thru Friday. Other RV people had mail box keys . Whirlpool did t work, mens bathroom sink didn’t work, main gaits to secure entry into facility wasn’t working the last 10 days we were there. None of these areas mentioned were the maintenance man’s fault, he was a hard worker, it all came down to the management not being motivated. Crabby people in the office. When you came up to the office window L would say , what do you want? Not hello, can I help you. Customer service was ver bad.

We will have winter education here now for 4 years. I agree, the picture is not of this Park. This is a older park and may not offer all the amenities of the newer parks in the area but we are satisfied. They have a pool, a shuffle board, a pickle ball, and horse shoe courts plus corn hole available they have Sat Night dances, Domino's, and Card games, also Bingo and Unlucky Seven Games plus weekly Coffee & donnuts, and weekly Sewing Club and weekly Park Golf outings plus more. I know the park has had problems with the past management and I hope it's been corrected, but we have enjoyed our stays and plan to come back as long as our health permits.

The picture representing is totally misleading. This picture was taken somewhere else but this IS NOT A PICTURE OF SPRING HAVEN FALSE ADVERTISEMENT LIKE EVERYTHING ELSE OF THIS COMPANY(avoid treehouse properties / they have other camp grounds with different names in the valley) I’m a native Arizonan. This image is false advertisement. They use the allure of curbside appeal to sale their services . their are much better places in the area.

I agree with the previous review ,also the park has gone downhill in quality since the end of October when the best maintenance person that ever worked there was let go. The gentleman named Kyle started in Jan. 19' after the absence of ownership, and management for nearly 6 months had the park in disarray, overgrown with weeds, the pool, electrical meters, lights, and dog run in inoperative conditions with a lack of any concern or presence from either the old,or new owners corporation offices. By mid October of 2019 the park was weed free, clean and had previous mentioned amenities in working order. 3 short months later it is becoming overrun with weeds along with numerous issues throughout the park. The management, and maintenance are truly lacking of any professionalism,or show any real competence at their positions.

My In laws are winter visitors, they have been in that park for many years, I see they got rid of that slob of a maintenance man from last year, place looks good, I do have a concern about some of the new people there, Stephany in the office, she can be a bit tough, that's ok, but their new maintenance man is a bit off, I wonder if he's licensed to be working inside these units, and its concerning for him to be in a unit with only the wife home, I don't think that should be allowed if he's not representing a established licensed company, and excepting these poor people money, not to mention not finishing the job. I am also appalled that I could not take my dog to the new dog run, he was annoyed that I was there with a few other residence having a conversation telling us the dog run wasn't ready. Where do they get their employees from.
