THERE'S NOTHING BETTER THAN A NEW RV PARK ...
especially when it’s loaded with luxurious lake-life amenities and situated on ancient cliffs overlooking one of the most spectacular destinations in the American Southwest, Lake Powell.

Spectacular Amenities & Views
From our large, landscaped sites with turf, full hook-ups, 30 and 50 apm service, 60-70' pads, wi-fi, and our public areas with pergolas, grills, fireplaces, and even a putting green, you’ll enjoy amazing views as well as incredible sunrises and sunsets while gazing upon Tower Butte and the red sandstone cliffs of the Navajo Nation’s Colorado Plateau. Drift off to sleep after adventurous days pondering the mysteries of the Milky Way while experiencing evening solitude and the darkest skies in Northern Arizona.

Centrally Located For Lake Powell & Grand Circle Adventure
Ideally situated for your Northern Arizona, Southern Utah, and Lake Powell adventures, we’re just 5 minutes from world famous Antelope Canyon, 20 minutes from Horseshoe Bend, and only a 2-hour drive to the Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, and Zion. It’s a short 3 hour drive to Bryce and 4.5 hours to Arches National Park.

Stay, Play, and Dine
But you don't have to leave our campground to experience the adventure of a lifetime. We’re not only an RV Park, we’re Lake Powell’s luxury marina too! Pontoon boat, Seadoo, and kayak rentals, guided lake tours, fishing excursions, valet boat launch, delicious lakeside dining, drinks, and music in American’s largest floating restaurant, or shopping in our gift shops and convenience store, are just a quick cart ride to the marina via our complimentary cart service.

Restrooms and Showers
Enjoy a hot shower after a hard day’s play too. Our restrooms and showers are open 24/7 during the spring, summer and fall.  Our restrooms will be closed starting Nov. 5 and re-open early March.

Great spot. Super close to the Marina. Clean and beautiful

This RV Campground is clearly new and we had a great time staying here. You have nice views of the mountains surrounding the entire campground. There are only two bathrooms, but they are kept clean and in good condition. The spots are spacious, have new turf, and can accommodate a variety of rigs. They also have a grills and two fireplaces outside (but they have to be turned on by management). The only reason we didn't rate this place 5 stars is due to the lack of customer service from the people working at the campground and marina. The workers seemed annoyed if you needed to ask them any questions. We would still stay here again in the future.

Beautiful and well kept park! Janet was amazing and so helpful every time we needed her help. The location was perfect, close to everything, yet very private. Great place and would stay again!

Excellent facility with welcoming staff. Worked with Janet to secure reservations for eight sites in the RV park and she went beyond expectations to accommodate our group.

Not great. New site but you would have thought they would have tried to make the pitches level for people without chocks. Fake bright green grass that does not fit in with the wild beauty of its surroundings. Not a friendly site. Martin’s is lovely with great food but miserable staff!

Well designed and maintained campground. Well landscaped and (mostly) level 70' concrete pads. Wi-Fi worked exceptionally well, clean restrooms with warm showers (seasonal). Lots to see and do in the area. Recommend Lower Antelope Canyon guided tours. Very quiet, especially at night.

Most impressed with the grounds. This is a fairly new (4 years I believe) and they do not have some amenities, but everything about the park is excellent so far. The view is great and they have boat tours near by as well as the Antelope Canyon tours. (we recommend the lower canyon). I met the manager, Janet S. and she was very happy to explain the plans for the park and a bit of the history. But, she also went WAY overboard in helping me with an issue that was my fault. I had put this address into my Amazon account to see what the delivery options might be for an order. When I got home in Michigan, I accidently had a book shipped to the RV park. In spite of telling Janet to either keep or give the book away, she dropeed it at a UPS store when she made a 120 mile trip to St. George, UT. This was the closest drop location. I am so impressed with everything about my stay at Antelope Point RV Park. Best park on our trip west this year.

Our first time staying at antelope point and everything was fantastic. Check in was simple, sites were clean with cement pads, artificial grass, and some new landscaping. The views from the RV park were amazing. You had about 180° views of all the Mesa and mountains in the area. One exception, which was the restaurant at the marina. we went on a Saturday thinking that it would be busy enough that the food and service would be good. Service was slow and food was just OK. We were told that some people called off that day so that could be the reason and we would give it a try again, but very disappointed that it took almost 45 minutes to get a drink while we waited for our food. I still gave it a five star because I was rating the RV resort park, which was exceptional

Antelope Point RV Park is extremely clean and beautiful. Friendly staff. Centrally located near Antelope Canyon on Lake Powell with cart service to the marina and restaurant.

Great RV park. Clean and tidy with paved lanes, concrete pads and astro turf lawns. Nicest park we've stayed in. Only downside for thise not fully self sufficient is the clubhouse, washrooms and showers are not built out yet. As a temporary solution they do have a large portable trailer with the facilities though.

Wow- we loved Antelope Point RV Park & Marina! We really liked using the free cart service to go down to the restaurant at the Marina. Great food, great cocktails, great service and reasonable prices. RV sites were large and level. Took the boat tour and really enjoyed it!

One of the nicest parks I have stayed. Perfectly maintained and excellent view! The park was 1/3 full and there was always a line for the bathrooms. Maybe put in another trailer with just toilets for quicker turnover.
