Hard to get into off main road. Large amount of bridge work going on in area and will be for several more years. Ask you about age and condition of your rig when reservations are being requested. Get there to find old greyhound bus as converted rv and fema trailers as permanent residents. Go figure they hassle you as a daily user but allow very old dirty unmaintained as permanent residents. Manager does poor job and has no consent of what customer service is. Guys in carts that lead you in are very nice and helpful. Feel sorry for who they have as a boss. Park has major raccoon problem so if you get out at dark stay away from trash can area. This has been an issue for years and still not fixed. There are better places in Houston to stay for no more $$.

No wifi. Ants and roaches in the grass and trees which invade your trailer. Management gives no privacy, they drive around in the golf carts and shout out the rules if they don't like what they see.

Too many bug, roaches and ants. Their city water turns my tanks and toilet green and there is wifi outside the clubhouse.

My family enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very nice and even took us on a little tour of the place. We liked how many different things there were to do and see here. The amount of camp sites was nice as I like a nice selection. The utilities were well maintained, always clean when I walk in! They also had a nice design to them. I would have to say out of everything I found this park a little bit more expensive. Comparatively the location and everything else makes up for the cost and is worth staying here for a night to get your own experience and see for yourself! - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group

The facilities are nice and well maintained. Located right off of noisy Beltway 8. Some staff are very rude to guest. There are much friendlier parks in the area, with the same amenities at lower prices.
