The Abilene KOA is located in the beautiful southwest region of Texas and is a great place to enjoy the best of the south. Campers can look forward to a host of attractions like the Texas Frontier, The Abilene Zoo and Grace Museum. The Buffalo Gap Historic Village and the 12th Armored Divisional Memorial Museum are also great historic spots, but many campers choose closer attractions like roller skating, theater productions, go karts, mini golf and art listings. When you visit, be sure to make time for hiking, biking an sunset viewing! The site includes WIFI, sewerage, firewood, cabin rentals, laundry facilities, pool access, 50 amp sites, cable TV, dog park, pavilion and snack bar. Hope to see you soon!

Park is just off I-20 on the north end of Abilene next to a Motel 6. We were close to the front of the park and the traffic noise was minimal. The sites are gravel, but level with FHU. It appeared they use the pull-thru sites for one nighters. Found the park to be well kept based on daily walks with my dog. Bathrooms were dated but very clean. We originally reserved for three nights, but due to some severe weather our arrival was delayed a day. I emailed them and they responded to confirm our dates and days. Our reservation was changed simply using the email. When we arrived our packet was ready, the manager guided us to our site and directed our back-in with ease.
